Great fridge I purchase nothing but Samsung appliances because they are of best quslity

I love my new fridge!! The best buy guys who delivered it where awesome!!

Wasted purchase. I have to manually dump the ice every day or it won’t work. No different than filling ice trays and having to dump them yourself. Very annoying and difficult and my mom is unable to do. I have already ordered a replacement refrigerator and hopefully it arrives soon.

I purchased this refrigerator in October 2019. Around March 2020 I noticed the ice maker stopped working. I have followed the troubleshoot guides on why the icemaker may not be working, but no luck. I did some research online to see if there were others experiencing the same thing, and it seems to be common. I will have to call Samsung for assistance. Also, the fridge is a little noisy. What I love about this fridge is that it links to my Samsung Smart Things app and fingerprints and smudges wipe off easily with no residue left behind. Also it is spacious enough for a household of 3 people. Lastly, it a perfect counter-depth fit in our condo.

The ice maker is awful. Has needed repair by the manufacturer 2x in less than 2 years, and also sprays ice everywhere when using, even if you select cubed ice (it crushes it). Otherwise, this fridge is fine but definitely would not get another Samsung with all of the ice maker issues.

Love the look, counter depth, interior space, led lighting, quiet, efficient ice maker--all positives. The learning curve in storing food, especially in the freezer, has taken time. This French door replaced a large side by side so have struggled a bit. The shelves are reasonably adjustable but still working on figuring some of that out. Here are the issues: the door shelves that wrap around the water/ice dispenser are virtually useless. Control by an app? Why? Does anyone make frequent changes to the fridge temp? Useless. Finally, and most important, I did not realize that the filter could not be replaced without shutting off the water. Pull the unit out, push back in to open the door and change the filter, pull the unit out and turn on the water, push the unit back in. The 16 year old unit I replaced did not require that. a huge disappointment.

Great purchase from a reliable seller. Bestbuy made it easy to review options, get a good price online and get my new fridge installed. Been running great for 1year+ now and don't have a thing to complain. The connection to Alexa is great too and door open notifications are very useful. Good size and has sufficient storage.

Absolutely love my new fridge. Got a great deal on this fridge. Counter depth is the way to go. The storage is amazing.

This refrigerator is not only functional and the right size, but also attractive and easy to clean.

We had to get a counter depth fridge to fit in our new kitchen. This one fit the space. I was worried that it wouldn't be big enough (our old fridge was 28 cu ft), but it hasn't been an issue. The shelves are well laid out and the freezer drawers make access easy. It looks nice, it's quiet, and twin compressors let the fridge and the freezer operate separately. The other thing is that Best Buy had it in stock and were able to bring it out two days after I bought it. Home Depot and Lowe's were the same price (within $2) but they were backordered with an anticipated (not guaranteed) delivery 6 to 8 weeks out. Made the choice easy.

Really nice unit. This is a replacement for a Sears refer, 7 yrs old. No comparisons. We bought the Samsung for the French doors, freezer on the bottom, all the room, the more efficient ice maker, glass adjustable shelf’s. Did I say it’s quiet. Fingerprint resistant finish really works. A lot easier to keep clean. Did I tell you it’s quiet. This unit has 2 compressors, 1 for the freezer and 1 for the refrigerator. The Best Buy rep was a great help, the set up crew had the old refer out and the new one in, hooked up and running within 30 minutes. The Samsung was cooled down in 3 hours. Really good buy, on sale. I highly recommend this Samsung and Best Buy to anyone.

I’ve been searching for a good, counter-depth refrigerator for years and I finally found one with this Samsung. Replacing a small capacity, standard-depth fridge with this has greatly improved the appearance of my fairly narrow kitchen. We’ve gained storage capacity while opening the walkway in the kitchen. I love that this fridge connects to WiFi. No more leaving the fridge door open! Samsung seems to have the cleanest stainless steel finish out of the major appliance makers and I hope this thing chills for many years to come.

This Samsung was purchased to replace a much more costly Maytag that died after only 2 years (Maytag’s 10 year warranty doesn’t cover any of the parts that actually break, nor does it cover the repair visit). Anyway, the Samsung has a nice fingerprint resistant finish. Magnets stick nicely too! The inside layout is user friendly. The shelves are sturdy. The led lightning is good. The water dispenser flows a bit slower that the Maytag, but it’s not bad. My favorite part is that it’s a counter depth, so it doesn’t take up as much space as the dead Maytag did. I can’t give high marks for value since it’s a fridge, and NO fridge should cost over $1,000....ever!

We are very happy with new refrigerator and the delivery to our home. Delivery men were professional, practiced proper precautions for the CoVid19 requirements and were in and out of our home in less than 30 minutes. Refrigerator Performance is good. The overall quality is good, but lacks the solid feel the Electrolux we replaced had. However the Electrolux was totally junked after owning for a little over 5 years from a water leak in the ice maker. Hope the Samsung lasts longer.

Great value for a counter depth fridge. The hideaway shelf makes larger pots easy to store. It is a little noisy IMO, you get used to it, but it sings you the songs of its people (Samsung). Aside from that, the ice maker is definitely limited. Make sure you have a bag of ice on hand if you plan to entertain.

Great nice large refrigerator. Only cons I would say is it’s not very fingerprint resistant from my toddlers. You can definitely see prints on the fridge. And lastly at times the ice maker will startle you if you’re not use to the noise. But other than that. It can hold cartons on the door and it’s has a big freezer. Can never go wrong with Samsung.

Excellent buying experience! Easy order in the store, product came in as expected, and was delivered and installed when they said it would be! Fridge is nice and quiet, well lit interior, and shelves are easily adjusted for changing food stocks when needed. Layout is well thought out. If you need to remove those ugly 10 year warranty stickers on the front just heat them with a hair dryer and peel off slowly. Piece of cake if you take the time

So far, this has worked out very well. It’s counter depth, so less cubic feet than a standard. We’re a family of 4, but haven’t noticed a huge difference (yet) with having less space as we moved from a standard one to counter depth (this looks much more appealing). We haven’t hooked up the ice maker/water line yet. Hopefully it works for several years to come.

Needed a counter depth fridge for our new home and there were not many to choose from. This fridge was the perfect choice. It fit perfectly in the space, and the stainless steel finish and handles match our existing appliances well too. The French Doors make it so easy to access items and place large items. The freezer offers quite a bit of storage with the full our drawers. I also like how it was delivered, the fridge never touched the ground or floor until it was set in the kitchen.

I was looking for a fridge that was nice, quality, and roomy. It fit all that. Perfect! The only thing was, now a year later, I did not expect the ice maker to give me less ice. I’ve had to change the filter 2x already and that’s fine, but considering filters are like $50 each… it makes it a drag to go out at buy.
