There is a Samsung Service Bulletin for this model that should have been disclosed to consumers prior to purchase. I bought this refrigerator on brand confidence and trust. A terrible look. I've covered it with a plain stainless steel magnet. It looks better, but I wish it wasn't there. I'm an interior designer and never would have purchased something this ugly.
