Ice Maker does not work on brand new machine

It pops out and then the motor will not dispense ice. When you open the door and push in the ice maker all the way, then it will dispense ice. The units on display in the store keep the ice maker in place much more firmly. I called for service and will update the review if the issue is resolved well. This is disappointing for a Samsung. I expect better.
