    This is the worst refrigerator I have ever bought in my ENTIRE LIFE. The ice machine stops producing ice every two weeks. Sometimes a reset works, other times not..... Samsung service has been here at least three times. I am currently waiting on my final service call since the warranty expires next month and I will be left with an expensive paperweight.

    This feels like a starter refrigerator

    This $2700 refrigerator feels more like a $1500 one. The drawers are all loose and rattle when you open and close them, they don't fit properly.

    Limited adjustable shelves; the magnet on the doors are weak, we constantly need to go back to close it. Its a good think there is awarning to let us know the door is still open

    Love how the refrigerator looks but found it to be too small. I am having it picked up and replaced by the same model with more cubic feet. Best Buy was so accomodating.

    Looks good, but very small refrigerator section. Freezer is adequate. The doors have little storage space. I would not purchase again.

    Bad Delivery Service

    When we saw it on the floor it had the ice holder in there; now it's missing. We should get what we ask for even if it's an open box item. I know it was there because I commented on it. The fridge is good so far. On the other hand the delivery process needs to be improved; we were rescheduled 3 times and the last time no one even called to say it wasn't coming even after I called to confirm they did not say they were not coming.

    for the cost… it’s a piece of garbage…. get scratchs too easy like my kid put a fridge magnet for hes picture and it ruins it…. if you hit it with anything like a rubber bouncy ball for example would get a dent… the ice maker went bad just after 1 year won’t make ice (its not frozen)

      Ice maker is not working
      There are a few factors that can cause an ice maker to not work. If the ice maker appears to not be making any or enough ice, low water pressure or a faulty water filter may be to blame. When the ice maker makes small, cloudy, or clumped ice, it could be something as simple as a dirty water filter, low water pressure, or high mineral deposits in your water.     My item was delivered on June 12 and had to be lifted to the 2nd floor. the team turned up with 2 ppl. it was rescheduled to 17. the team again turned up with 2 ppl. Now thy have rescheduled to 21st. My refrigerator is lying in the garage and I have to keeping waiting fr 2 weeks fr installation

    The ice maker is abysmal, practically unusable. Ice cubes drop one per 30 seconds. The inside is tiny and cramped, weird engineering decisions lead to clunky interior features. I hate this refrigerator.

      Although the ice maker is capable of making 10 pounds of ice a day, it's only capable of holding 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop.
