So far, so good with this fridge. Its quiet, makes good ice, has plenty of space. Marc at BestBuy recommended it based on my parameters. It has been a good fit. Really good service at the store, really delivery.

Everything is lovely, but the door ice dispenser does not have a drain or even a little holding space for drips or ice spills. Otherwise I am happy with the size of the countertop width inside and freezer below.

Love my new refrigerator. Although it is 3 cubic feet smaller than my side by side fridge, it seems to have much more room. Love the pantry drawer.

Excellent counter depth fridge with great functionalities and capacity. Great internal compartments and great freezer space. I would recommend it.

Since the day I received this refrigerator it has had condensation forming on the inside lip of the freezer drawer which then freezes. It only happens on the left side of the drawer and collects continuously. I read the user manual cover to cover to see if there was any info that might help me fix the problem. There was nothing. There was, however, a sticker on the refrigerator that says “ If condensation occurs on the doors, turn Energy Saving function off”. Once again I turned to the user manual but there was no mention of an “Energy Saving” function. So I went to the Samsung website and after entering the model number, the information shown was for a completely different refrigerator. So I called Samsung ‘s customer service and after a half hour conversation the agent finally admitted that it didn’t look like it had an Energy Saving function. He them proceeded to suggest that I simply wipe off the water periodically! He also suggested that maybe it was installed improperly. I was told that he could set up a visit from a service person but that if they couldn’t find anything wrong that I would have to pay for the service call. That is totally unacceptable! I have had this appliance less than a month and I can see that this is a very poor product. The user manual does not contain necessary info specific to this model - ie. remove the doors shelves before attempting to remove the produce drawers. The lower door shelf on the left side will not come off. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my purchase and their customer service. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung appliance.

I want to stop the ice maker since we do not use much ice. I discovered that the ice was so packed It was too difficult to remove the dispenser. Now I have to empty the dispenser daily and it is still difficult to do so. The display settings do not work according to the instructions in the manual. Also reading the instructions for changing the filter, not come up yet, it appears that it is going to be a problem. I am terribly disappointed.

Really spacious. One dislike is that you have to unplug water from back of fridge to change water filter. Otherwise, it is great.

Very happy with our purchase. Exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend. The color is beautiful and the quietness is wonderful.

This is exactly the fridge I had wanted. I love being able to access cold water and ice from the door! I also had wanted the French door which I love!

This fridge is amazing. Samsung took advantage of every available space. It’s counter depth but doesn’t feel like you loose anything because of its layout. I’ve and water work perfect.

samsung finally fixed issues with ice maker. now it a great refrigerator. my wife loves, very good organizers inside the fridge. fingerprint resistant stainless steel is a cool feature.
