After an hour or so of it being installed it began to sound like a machine gun. I actually initially thought a neighbor was doing construction. I opened the freezer door and pressed against the rear panel. The sound would change, so basically I pulled the plastic panel forward out of its clip and the noise stopped. Until I went out to dinner later that evening and came back to the house to hear the same noise. I pulled the other side of the panel out of its clip so the entire back panel of the freezer is forward of its clips. Noise has stopped. For now. Also, the installers didn't adjust the legs so every time I open the doors the entire refrigerator lurch's forward. I just pushed it back into place, but have to figure out how to adjust the feet so it stays in one spot! I worry that this noise issue is an indicator of something to go wrong down the road? Otherwise, it seems pretty great.

Depth is disappointing even though it’s counter depth the refrigeration unit takes up space from the back Eliminating space from the refrigerator. Water and ice dispenser leaks constantly. Samsung Wi-Fi features are very limited . Freezer is laid out nice though.

It looks somewhat similar to the old fridge but more modern. Water and ice dispenser works great! The one thing I really like is that it beeps at you if you accidentally leave the fridge door open too long. Haul away and installation was pretty quick also. I'm happy with this purchase.
