    I purchase a refrigerator nov 19th. Today is january 12th and ui got my 4th notification that i needed to reschedule it. I hade to buy anothet one so i could get through christmas. I went for almost a month without a refrigetator and all i heard was so sorry. I even heard the excuse because of covid. How long is that going to be used. It just seems a large company like yours could do better. I plan to let everyone i know about this.

    All the reviews are correct this refrigerator lasted two days before the water stopped working. Best Buy was great and came and picked it up right away

    Lots more room inside than I expected! Easy to clean doors. Pull out drawer in freezer that is nice for little things!

    I got this fridge a few weeks ago and so far so good. The ice maker and water dispenser work great, there’s plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. The shelves on the doors seem a bit small and don’t hold too much but that’s my only complaint so far but I’ve only had this fridge for about 3 weeks. I did wait over a month for delivery and when it came there was a big dent on the side. I decided to take it anyway because you can’t see the dent where it is located in the kitchen and I waited long enough for it to arrive, who knows how much longer I would need to wait and the holidays are coming. So all in all I am happy with this purchase.

    2 Refrigerators - 2 water dispensers not working.

    Add me to the list of water dispenser problems. The first refrigerator dispenser didn't work at all. We got a replacement refrigerator and the water dispenser worked for 4 days. There are 9 reviews for this fridge, 8 of them with the same problem. What are you going to do about it Samsung?

    Love the space, but the water stopped working days after getting it. ice maker kept working the entire time. We wiggled the filter and it started working. Next day, stopped. Best Buy brought us a new one and it stopped the next day. We tried both for a few weeks until we just sent it back and ordered a different one. Best buy has been amazing to deal with, but do not waste your money or time on this product.

    Last Fridge was 20 years old. Like the internal electronic display and controls. First bottom freezer and really like the fridge (common use items) being higher reach. Glad we went with the black stainless. (one month use)

    Bought the refrigerator on a Monday, received it on a Friday. by Saturday it isn’t cooling nor freezing. The temperature has steadily raised. as of today, the temperature is 71 in the fridge and 74 in the freezer. Called customer service and that was useless. Now I have to pay someone to come fix a brand new fridge

    Never in my life had a purchase like this

    I have had it three weeks. The Best Buy installers were little more than delivery men. I had to hook up the water line myself. They told me they were not allowed to touch plastic lines and their ($39.99) stainless steel water line was too short to use. I still need to take it back. The water dispenser worked briefly. Three weeks and three repair visits later, it worked for one day and I have to call them back. May just tell them to come and get it.
