Overall, a really good refrigerator. It fits counter depth pretty well. Just ensure that you don’t have any floor molding as it’s an exact fit. The fridge does a good job of cooling and the shelves are well organized. The two comments I have with regards to improvements is include a light in the water dispencer and the spout can be a little further inside because when you get water with a small cup it needs to be angled correctly so it doesn’t spill.

There are a lot of pros to this fridge so it’s a shame that the water isn’t cold and there is no light at the dispenser. Very spacious fridge and freezer, nice lighting. I guess I have 3 major complaints. 1. Water is not cold. 2. No light at the dispenser. 3. Ice storage is limited, initially is was a huge problem, to the point I almost returned it but once it finally filled up ice hasn’t been a huge issue. Might be for someone that uses alot of ice.

This refrigerator looks great inside and out, and has plenty of room. It is also very quiet and was placed very easily in the space within the kitchen

This fridge is excellent! I have an odd dimensional space in my kitchen due to several renovations that made getting old things out and new things in difficult but this fridge fit perfectly and was simple to move in. It is not as deep as my old one but it surprisingly has more internal room. It is also more energy efficient and is easier to adjust the temperature with precision. I shopped around but BestBuy had the best price and was very fast in delivering. I’m very happy with this fridge and the whole purchasing experience!

Great fridge. We really like the counter depth. is smooth and fits perfectly and still holds a lot of items. This is our second version of this fridge (did non counter depth first) and like t the same!

We absolutely love our new Samsung refrigerator. Perfect fit for a smaller space. We previously purchased one in the black stainless steel finish for another property in NJ and found it to be an excellent and stylish choice. Best Buy delivery and install was fantastic.

Beautiful. Elegant graceful. No door handles sticking out. On the other hand, functionality is good but not great. Parts of fridge get too cold when very full. Fridge door doesn’t like to stay open which can be annoying when you’re taking out a number of items or organizing. But it does the job and looks amazing. Also the side-by-side doors allow us to access the fridge and dishwasher behind it at the same time. A bonus we hadn’t thought about.

Simple, works great, looks nice, compact, clean lines. Had to turn it up a few degrees. Froze my vegetables at 37. I wish the veggie drawer was a bit bigger.

Just bought this fridge. The counter depth fits very nicely in my kitchen. The lighting inside is sweet and has enough room for my family. It has a very modern look. Happy Customer.

Love this refrigerator! Counter depth so less intrusive into the kitchen space, clean and uncluttered interior, sized perfectly for our household (2-3 persons plus occasional guests), maintains temperature perfectly, very quiet, makes cocktail size ice cubes (or close to), nice deep door shelves. Does everything I need, nothing I don't. Best Buy installers were quick and helpful.

I bought this unit to replace an old kenmore, and boy what a difference. It has great technology aside from the fact that it works amazing keeping everything very cold. It’s sleek (no handles) look also makes it look very unique for a countersunk unit. And I must say that the alert For the doors staying open is a plus. It alerts me through my phone or TVs when my small kid may leave the door open. Way to go Samsung. Excellent product. It has all the features we need. No complaints here.

Excellent upgrade. Nice capacity counter depth fridge. All around cooling and water/ice in door. Large door shelves can fit gallons of milk. No handles sticking out maximizes our smaller space. The black stainless steel is beautiful and not fingerprint smudgy. Was in stock and under 2 grand, most in this price range were not available. Smart things app seems useless, only tells me the door is closed - ok.

Aesthetics Love the design - no big bulky handles so it's very sleek and less obtrusive than other counter depth fridges. Great look. Water/Ice Dispenser Really miss not having a light at the water/ice dispenser and it's weird you press the top of the "paddle", not the bottom, to dispense water/ice. Plenty of ice for the two of us. Interior Love the height of the shelves (milk carton fits on each) but sorry to not be able to height-adjust as needed on rare occasions. Don't miss the lunch meat drawer at all. We use the upper fridge drawer for that stuff. Love having a side-by-side; lots of storage you can easily access in the freezer side. Function Fridge is freezing things stored at the back; need to figure something out to deal with this. Summary: Could use some tweaks to get a 5-star rating

Felt like a good refrigerator option with good capacity and nice design. So far so good.

I bought it for the minimal design and it does NOT disappoint in person. Works great. There is a bug when the power turns back on from a power outage but customer chat is 24 hours so I was able to get it resolved quickly. It was working after the outage but the led indicators of that on the fridge side did not show this. Just unplugged it for a bit and it worked once I knew what to do.

I'am happy with the service I received & very much happy with my fridge, what a great investment. Love the size of the freezer & fridge departments just enough room for a small family. Love the door have no handles sticking out to pull opening & closing it & become loose, No problem with this fridge the doors are made inside & NO hand prints on the stainless steel YES!! Its really finger proof resistant also keeps very cold & food last longer & stayed fresher. Yes, a excellent buy.

The refrigerator just fit the room in my kitchen and works well. The delivery technicians didn’t install it when they found there was a little leak with my waterline valve. I gotta have a handyman to replace the waterline. When the service technicians came to install the fridge later they told me the old waterline was ok to use. So I was confused. Anyway I think Best buy service is pretty good.

The fridge works really well overall! My only issue with it is that when I put too much in there the back of it starts to freeze up in the fridge. As long as I don’t put too much in there, it works fabulous.
