Excellent quality and great temperature throughout! Ice dispenser could be smoother and maybe a light!

I the refrigerator for a year now and it looks and works great. The things I would change are no light when using the water and no catch if the water leaks or overflows. Also having to turn off the water to the frig to change the filter is a pain. I know about the first two issues when i purchased the product the filter I learned about later.

I like much about this fridge with two exceptions. First, the ice maker literally has a Visible plastic ice cube tray That only makes about 8 small cubes at a time. It turns over the tray and dumps it. Takes forever, so don’t think about a bucket of ice! Second, there’s no water/ice tray under the outside dispenser. I was shock and felt sure I missed it. So when the water or ice drips, it ends up on the floor. Crazy!

This review is for Samsung 22cuft side by side refrigerator RS22T5201SR. I am dissatisfied with this refrigerator. For the most part the refrigerator does what it’s suppose to do(ie. Keep things cold and frozen) but that is where it ends. The ice machine is absolutely terrible. It is by far the slowest ice maker I ever used. My son and I are the only ones that use ice regularly and the ice machine cannot keep up. The ice bin capacity looks large and sufficient but I can’t tell you it is not. Additionally, this is not a terrible issue, but the shelves are not exactly adjustable. There are designated locations for the shelves and that is it.

Love the look of this fridge! Seems like a lot of space inside for a counter depth model. The only thing I’m missing is there’s no light in the ice & water through the door area. I could really use one there, especially at night. The interior lighting is great though, very bright.

Wonderful refrigerator it fits perfectly in almost every kitchen

Our garage refrigerator gave in after 15 years of service, we needed a replacement quickly and at a reasonable price. Finding a reasonably priced counter depth refrigerator is not that easy, not much variety to choose from. This purchase was bit of a leap of faith. However, we are pleasantly surprised, it is really well built, very quiet, spacious and good value for money.

I am amazed at this, it is completely enclosed, no exposed refrigerant lines and it is sound-proofed. The digital touch screen controls inside are great. It also links to the Smart Things app and tells you things like the temps, door open and if the water filter needs to be changed. This was a great buy and I couldn't be happier having this new unit.

Perfect counter depth refrigerator. Extremely quiet. Lots of space but yet fits into a small space. Doors are integrated into door which provides for a sleek look and avoids handles sticking into hallway. Easy purchase and delivery from Best Buy. Couldn't have been any easier or quicker! Very pleased.

I am very happy with this purchase. The counter depth sizing makes the kitchen seem larger. The inside lighting is bright and appealing. The outside appearance is sleek and modern. Delivery and installation was swift and courteous.

Huge refrigerator with lots of space. Purchased it for a home I was flipping, but it was to large so I ended up installing it at my home (today, as a matter of fact). Looks great and has a lot more room than it appears to have. It protrudes out of the designated space a bit because the doors are so thick, but I think I am going to love it. Had to buy a new oven to match it.

Very pleased with the machine but had to do some carpenter work to insure a counter-top fit. Actual height w/ hinge was higher than listed in spec's, but we made it work. Fridge seems to run VERY cold both in refrigerator side as well as Freezer side. Hav moved settings up as high as permitted but the ice machine still freezes up occasionally. Hairdryer and patience seems to bring it back to a working state. Can't recommend it for anyone who is not a bit of a handy man with a patient nature. Hopefully there are better options at this price point!

First off, I am not a fan of big bulky refrigerators sticking out in the kitchen. So, I am a believer in counter depth... Then, Samsung comes with an original idea to eliminate the handles sticking out even further! This really streamlines the look of your kitchen not to mention make it easier to get through the door without removing stuff! Bravo!

The look and the size are perfect for an older home.

We were looking for a refrigerator that was worth the "Bang for the Buck." This is it Thanks Best Buy for carrying recommending this to US. Works well, no noise, good looks.
