    Hard to adjust temp of fridge. Veggies are getting frozen at 37. Instructions in booklet are not clear

    Ice dispenser never worked! Had the door changed TWICE by Samsung warranty and the issues with the ice dispenser continued. I will never buy a Samsung refrigerator again! It is the worse brand of refrigerators and it is unfair to the customers who buy these products.

    Give this fridge a pass -- terrible design

    We ordered this fridge because the thermostat on our older Frigidaire was gone (freezing our food), and it was going to take weeks to fix. This one arrived, straight out of the box, and same issue! Even with thermostat set to 42 F, food at the bottom of the fridge is freezing. A portable thermometer puts the temp at the top shelf at 38 F and the bottom shelf at 30. Plus, the bins are cheap and hard to close, there is only one light at top of fridge so impossible to see what's on bottom shelf, and we have yet to dispense ice without at least half of the cubes ending up on the floor. Plus, the water/ice dispenser alcove does not have a light, so you can't see anything. Overall, a terrible design with subpar functionality. Definitely give it a pass.

    Its nice and sleek with no door handles. You can only use large cups for the crushed ice function otherwise the ice flys all over the floor.

    The product is good but considering it to be a smart fridge, it’s defective because the WiFi router on the fridge isn’t working and I couldnt connect my phone to it. Also, good luck with delivery and their customer service line. I dealt with several nightmares trying to get my fridge delivered and I’m a really nice customer but even a nice customer can take so much. You’re better off going to one of their competitors instead.

    All was well and good until I TRIED to replace the filter. First of all the lock doesn't easily turn; good thing because I went to the owner manual and it said I have to TURN OFF the water supply prior to replacement. Pull the unit out of it's space and monkey around with the supply line. What a pain in the ***. I didn't have to do so with my old Kenmorel

    Everything is ok except for the ice maker jams up all the time! I would not recommend this item. Im very unhappy with the purchase, if i could return it i would!

    Had the fridge for 1 week and already freezes up the food even at 38 degrees. Next, I do not recommend unless you see it in person. I had to buy it during Covid when Best Buy was closed because I had no choice. The inside is so small. Will not work if you are a family of more than 2 people. Perfect for a single person.

    Water leaked from underneath after the water was hooked up. Not leaking from the connection, but from somewhere inside. And, the water dispenser dripped. And it dispensed ice “very” slowly. Best Buy offered to bring me a new one, but I was a little scared of the model at this point so decided to swap it out for an LG. Waiting for the exchange to happen today.

    Purchase date is correct cannot give any opinion until I actually receive the appliance pending for August 14, 2022. I have received billing and sent first payment. I will actually have two billing cycles before the item gets delivered. I will wait to rate delivery and appliance

    There is not space to tell what all has happened. The latest is I spent over 3 hrs. over the internet trying to find the right refrigerator. We found one and was emailed they were coming but not what was shown to me. Someone changed it to one that would not fit. I called and said don't come it would not fit. Where the one that was found was lost. I asked for someone who knew what he was doing, to come and see what we were trying to do. One person came but he only looked at the space and I did not here from anyone after that. I'm stuck with one that cost me several hundred more that didn't fit. The one that was picked was lost. As looked at your latest add there is one that would fit, I think, is WRF560SMHZ, but I'll never know.

    I have owned this fridge for a whopping 5 months now and it DOES NOT DISPENSE ICE ANYMORE! It makes ice just fine but will not dispense let alone even try. Samsung says that there’s no service available in my area.
