DOORS DON'T CHILL AS MUCH AS OTHER AREAS BUT I BELIEVE THIS IS NORMAL. THE REFRIGERATOR COMPLETELY DIED LESS THAN A MONTH OUTSIDE THE PURCHASED DATE. SO IF YOU BUY THIS ONE, BE SURE TO BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT THEY DO NOT REPAIR QUICKLY AT ALL. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. THEY NEED TO STICK WITH PHONES AND TVs

Failed Just After Warranty Expired

It stopped cooling either side last night. Requested service through the Samsung website and they can't get anyone out for a week! Called other local repair services with no luck up to this point. One stated they stopped servicing Samsung due to not being able to get parts. So, we are out of warranty, out of a refrigerator for at least a week, and done with Samsung appliances.

Service is terrible!

Refrigerator would not turn back on. All other appliances worked fine. Flipped breaker on and of several times, even though breaker wasn't the issue. Had to undo levelers in front to pull unit out. That isn't an easy process. Plugged unit into a different outlet, but still no power. This is the weekend before Thanksgiving. Refrigerator is loaded. 4 days before earliest service call! If you have a problem, Samsung is the not the manufacturer that you want to have to deal with!

Refrigerator floor model

Definitely used and returned for some reason! No problem with that but nothing was cleaned inside. Leftover cheese vegetables and liquids delivered with unit! Would of given more stars if clean.

Dont buy samsung

I didnt and a so sorry I didnt. Its not even 2 years old and broken. We lost so much food. Doesnt cool properly. Leaked like a flash flood all over my house. Known problems without solutions. Class action lawsuits. Poor customer service. Stay clear of samsung.

Unreliable

I have now been without a refrigerator for over three weeks and the Samsung repair people have been out twice so far attempting to fix it. They tell me now that the condenser is shot and will take another week with multiple visits to repair. This is the second appliance I have purchased from Samsung that I have had issues within the last few years.

Stop working after 5 months of brand new purchase

The repair appointment from Samsung manufacturer warranty is more than 2 weeks. We don't have any refrigerator during the next 2 weeks. Poor us! I will never buy any Samsung appliance in future.

Would not purchase again

Definitely a design flaw! Took me forever the figure out how I was getting dents on the edge of my fridge door!

Love My Modern Updated Samsung Fridge!!

My previous fridge It was too big for my kitchen but when I bought it, I didn’t measure anything. I fell in love with it and I bought it. 15 yrs later it started making noise, so I purchased this one. I read the reviews, liked them and made my decision. So, Thank you BB customers. I made sure to Not buy another oversized fridge again. I have more space in my kitchen now, and it doesn’t stick out. I measured this time. I read the reviews regarding the ice maker is small. Well, it’s fine for me and hubby. So I would say that it’s based on your family size and the amount of ice you use. The water dispenser is not designed the best, but it’s definitely is Not a deal breaker. We’ve learned to place our cups accordingly to the design of it and we’re use to it. No biggie. The ice maker dispense is very big in size, so we use big round cups and ensure that the cup covers the dispenser at the top which avoids ice spilling over the floor. Someone mentioned about the bottom on the freezer side which look as if there’s a shelf, but it’s not. It’s actually space with no shelf. That turns out to be wasteful to me. It could have been a shelf as well. Overall, I love my new sleek, modern fridge. It’s very spacious, and it keeps everything cold/fresh and organized. I give it 4 stars based on those issues. Other than that. I would have given it 5’s.

Worst experience

If it was free it wouldnt have been worth it. And no one ever did anything to make it up to us.
