Purchased 07/09. Ice maker stopped dispensing ice 07/19. Samsung replaced Ice Maker Motor 07/25. Dispensed ice for 7 days. Scheduled 2nd appointment on 08/02, tech will arrive 08/10. Less than 30 days of installation I am on my second appointment. In addition to this, the freezer over overfreezes. I replaced a Stainless Steel French door Samsung which had the same ice maker issue and freezing. I had high hopes for this one considering the reviews. Sigh... I cannot return as it is past BB return policy. Shiny object that's not worth the money and the hassle.

No light on the water dispenser? Come on Samsung you can do better?

Don't buy! Refrigerator has no light on ice maker. Had two weeks and needed service for the ice maker.

Installation was quick and smooth. The team did a great job to plug in everything. Removing the protective covering on the inside of the fridge was a bit cumbersome. Since the fridge was plugged in and it cools really fast, the removal and initial cleaning has to be done very quickly. I have a small kitchen and requires a counter depth fridge. This one is perfect. The lack of handle was also a nice touch as it means that the fridge sticks out just a little less (by about 1+"). The fridge is generally quite quiet and the only sound is when the ice maker is working. The dispensed water is also cool and not chilled. Perfect temperature. Very satisfied overall.

Had to returned it. It doesn't work in an electrical line where there is also a GFIC. Replaced it with a US made unit that works fine in such line.

Excellent fridge, modern ,great interior, features

We've had our Samsung for almost a month and couldn't be happier. From the fingerprint resistant stainless to the icemaker, it's been great. Our last two units were Kenmores that failed in less than 5 years. After considerable research we decided on this unit. After ordering from the Duluth store, it was available for pickup in just a couple days. Even though its a counter depth unit, it seems to be more spacious, has great lighting, produces more ice than needed and is incredibly quiet. Would recommend to anyone without reservation.

We gave away our old French door fridge which was a standard size fridge because it took up too much room in our small kitchen. We were afraid a counter depth fridge would force us to cater to family gatherings less often though due to less cubic square feet. We were pleasantly surprised to see that ALL our food from the standard size fridge fit into this new fridge and were honestly quite shocked. I think its because this fridge makes good use of door shelves to hold more food. Bonus that it has no handles (thus giving us more kitchen space) and that it looks superb. We are happy with this fridge.

Could not ask for more.....this refrigerator was the perfect size, and perfect fit, (no issues with door swing). Very quiet as well. Love the simple ice/water dispenser on the door. Don't need a lot of useless bells and whistles! You get a lot for the money with this Samsung.

Nice roomy fridge Only thing we have found we didn’t like is the ice maker sometimes doesn’t dispense ice. We have to take out tray and break up ice

Great fridge. Sleek design, quiet running, cold water, ice on touch, constantly cooled abd frozen sections. Finger prints and smears wipe right off. Delivered on time, per plan. Whats not to like? LOVE IT!

So far so good. I like the sleek design and the fact that it has no door handles. Everything is functioning good so far. Delivery and setup was fast and easy.

Had to purchase because it fitted in the cabinet or I would have to modify my cabinets. I previously had a GE. Whirlpool and Ge are on the same level. They really haven’t upgraded or modified as Samsung . and LG . The complaint I have with GE and Whirlpool is their shelf’s and pull out a. They are not up to standards. Should be made better and fitted better. Too many compartments taking up space in fridge.

I love my refrigerator the color is great and it works great the ice the water the space on both sides i luv it i will purchase something else from best buy

Lots of room in the fridge and freezer. Shelves are arranged nicely. The bottom refrigerator drawer is too pretty small though. Ice maker works well but is noisy and the holding cup for the ice is pretty small. My husband and I usually empty it by bedtime, but then it fills up again during the night.

I like the finish - no prints type. I like the icemaker and dispenser - easy to use and handy. I like the way the shelves are organized in both freezer and refrigerator compartments. Kitchen remodel in progress so no photos are accessible yet.

Remodeling is going on here. Don’t have a stove/oven connected yet, haven’t stored anything but drinks and such. The fridge is working fine for what we’re asking of it. Real test comes later on down the road.

My refrigerator is fantastic The young lady that took care of me she did everything she can to find me a refrigerator and she did it

It would be nice if I could review it. It was finally to be delivered yesterday, but had to call Best Buy to find out why it wasn’t! Said delivery person filed not delivered with no reason why & no one contacted me.
