Doors dent very easily. Cheap exterior on this one.

Great unit, But be careful when installing into a brand new house. You cannot control or set options on the refrigerator unless you have a WiFi network.

Beautiful appliance and love the counter depth look. Our first appliance came defective and the water-ice didn’t work. Best Buy exchanged the item quickly. The inside is smaller than I was prepared for, having never had a counter depth refrigerator before. Overall I would recommend

I felt the need to write this review due to the complicated installation of my fridge. Unfortunately I have very narrow stair case and entry. James & Malik are my champions!! Not only did they not give up, but they continued to try different ways until one worked. I was probably the last delivery of the day, so I know they were exhausted but they kept going and was extremely professional. My husband and I greatly appreciate their effort, creativeness and patience. I love my new Fridge, although I still need to figure out the hub. I'll update this review after I've had the fridge for awhile, but it works and looks great!!!

Love this fridge! The 4 door allows for more fridge space. We use 3 doors as fridge space and 1 as a freezer. The beverage section is also pretty freaking nice. It fit perfectly in our small kitchen but has plenty of space. Delivery and set up (we needed a waterline set up) was also easy. Delivery guys showed up and didn't have a part (our kitchen is old...like really old). They had to go to Lowe's but came back promptly and had everything set up within 30 min. Can't say enough positive about the whole experience. The only thing that would have made it better would have been fresh baked cookies and unicorns....next time Best Buy, next time

Convinced my wife to get this fridge and it fit perfectly in our custom home. Ice maker is AMAZING and the HUB has a ton of applications. Definitely a great fridge in my opinion

Love the layout and functionality. This refrigerator is a great buy! Love the integration with Ring door bell. When someone rings the bell, it automatically shows up on the refrigerator display.

The refrigerator is great, however the smart apps that come with it are limiting. Ive seen this advertised that you can remotely view the inside of your fridge, however i cannot find that feature at all within the SmartThings app required for the phone. You also cannot delete apps from the fridge. You're forced to keep the "sponsored" apps such as Instacart, Spotify, among others. On the flip side, the apps to add are very limited to non existant. No Apple Music, no Google Nest, no dedicated Youtube App, no Chrome web browser, and the list goes on.

This refrigerator is excellent. A beautiful, modern, and very futuristic design. It is spacious inside and very bright. My new kitchen recently remodeled, with my new equipment looks expert.

Best looking and functional fridge for any modern homes out there. Black stainless steel is perfect for any kitchens that have the farmhouse with the antique bronze color theme.

Love the tablet screen on the door, Hooked up ring doorbell, now when someone rings the doorbell, there picture is on the screen

The 2 stars if for Best Buy delivery team, not the product itself. Here are the issues: To sign in to Samsung account requires you to accept the terms on a different device, good luck with that since those terms/agreement is no where to be found. My solution was deleted my Samsung account and recreated via the buggy Tizen OS on the fridge itself. Went to the app store and download the Family Hub app, can't connect to the fridge, Family Hub app keep telling to go to setting to create a profile that's doesn't even exist. Samsung support is one of the worst if not the worst I've dealt with, they can't even understand your question in the simplest terms then good luck have them fix anything or do anything for you in the matter. After digging thru the internet and found out that they're discontinuing the Family Hub app to force people using SmartThings. Isn't this hilarious? Family Hub refrigerator that isn't support by Family Hub app. Deceiving. Went through the process of setting up SmartThings and finally connected, the only things you can do with SmartThings are the following: Basic refrigerator controls (water, ice, temp) and upload picture to the fridge... All those shop list, view inside, food list and other useful features are gone... Add food feature from the fridge... Interface was clunky but useable (would be nice if you can enter the date of expiry during add food instead of going back to food list later to add it. Samsung expert software developer for you there. The food AI thingy that they bragged about didn't recognized any food I put in, not even once. I tried to add a generic carton of egg, recognized as energy drink, nice. By the way, when you open the door to add food, the camera have some kind of delay time (I guess the AI need time to work) so you just stand there like an idiot waiting for the video to refresh. It's much quicker enter food manually. Ate ice cream last night, went to remove it off the list, every single item I spent time entered are GONE. This morning there's a weird rattle noise coming from the compressor that wasn't there before. If I can somehow return this box of headache back to Best Buy I wouldn't think twice. Samsung rep if you read this, there's no need to reply with copy and paste those generic "Sorry for... call this... our expert... we're here to blah blah". Instead, please seek higher up and have them fix the software and give back or add the option and features that Samsung advertised. You can't make people to go on the platform when the platform isn't built yet.

We love the counter depth. Still learning all the features of the smart hub but everyone seems to love it. Looks great in our kitchen and doesn’t stick out to far.

The fridge is great, quiet and spacious. We thought we wouldn't like the separate ice maker and water dispenser behind the door but turned out to be just fine.

The only finicky issue we have is the brita filter occasionally doesn’t sense it’s in so it won’t fill and a app on our screen continues to open itself up. Otherwise spacious and overall fantastic fridge! Definitely recommend!

Amazing fridge, the technology is really helpful, being able to see in the fridge from an app, create a shopping list, have your calendar linked, and many more apps. Additionally the fridge is very organized both the cooler and the freezer, it’s so much easier to find and store items in this fridge, highly recommend!! Be careful of the sizing in the specs you need another 2 inches on the height to get it counter depth if you have a cabinet above it.

This is a great purchase. Counter depth is really cool thing to maximize extra space in kitchen.

Great fridge and love the screen and being able to use Alexa with it too! Got it in Black Friday for a great deal.

Love it! Wasn't sure about the family but couldn’t live without it. Love the Freezer srorage!
