This thing dents and scratches if you look at it funny. Not durable at all. Really wanted and wanted to like the family hub, but after having it a few months regret the extra money for it. Really not worth it for what it does. Speaker isn't great and microphones often have difficulty picking up voice for Alexa commands. Ice making dumps even if the trays are pulled out, fun to clean up.

Do not use abrasive or harsh cleansers such as window sprays, scouring cleansers, flammable fluids, muriatic acid, cleaning waxes, concentrated detergents, bleaches, or cleansers containing petroleum products on exterior surfaces (doors and cabinet), plastic parts, door and interior liners, and gaskets. These can scratch or damage the material. See page 15 of the user's manual.
When closing the door, make sure the vertical hinged section is in the correct position to avoid scratching the other door. Glass containers may scratch the surface of glass shelves. See page 18 and 58 of the user's manual.
Do not lift up the shelf fully when removing or reinserting the shelf. The rear wall of the fridge room can be dented. See page 58 of the user's manual.
Ice does not dispense. See page 67 of the user's manual.

I've been waiting to purchase this refrigerator. It has the 5th door which hides the ice dispenser. So it allows my grandchildren not to access it to play with it.. I am amazed with the fingerprint resistance that it also has. Haven't been able to use the iPad but the registration allows me access everything I need in this refrigerator., notifications, shopping list Etc. Amazing !

The water pitcher that automatically refills when put back into place is probably my favorite. Always a pitcher of cold fresh water waiting for you. And the fact that you can infuse it with your favorite fruit just tops it off! Very clean and sleek looking design inside as well. Not to mention the option of turning one side of the freezer into a refrigerator is great. All in all, love the fridge!
