    Do not buy! Had the refrigerator for 16 months - just out of warranty and the filter housing leaked. Samsun offered nothing to make it right. Will never buy another Samsung product.

      Please follow these steps to fix the leak in your fridge's filter housing.

      1. Remove the filter and inspect it. Remove the water filter and check it and the water filter housing for damage.

      If the water filter looks damaged or is not a genuine Samsung filter, replace the water filter. Samsung genuine water filters are available on our website.

      If the water filter housing is damaged, or the leak continues with the filter removed, visit our Support Center to request service.

    DONT DO IT

    Total CRAP appliance with NO support. Leaves water all over the place. Nothing but problems. My parents have a whirl pool that is 35 years old never an issue. Kitchen Aid not an issue. Samsung Issue., Looks great but once its in the door it is nothing but problems.

    Poorest experience imaginable...

    The product was delivered in damaged condition. I was told that Best Buy will do nothing to replace it. I wouldn't do business again with Best Buy, if it were the last company on Earth!!!
