    Lots and of problems, doors not level. Delivery man just dump the refrigerator without taking any inside outside tape. Due to inside tape door was staying little open and UV deodorizing filter get moist.

    On the fence about Samsung refrigerators?

    If you're like me, you're skeptical about Samsung refrigerators. Particularly due to their ice makers. It's worth noting that they partially refunded my 2014 model after several repair attempts of the ice maker. So off we went, looking for a counter depth refrigerator with a clean look (but still with water & ice dispensers). My research (store visits, YouTube videos/reviews & online written reviews) led me to two finalists: This Samsung, counter depth 4 door-flex Bosch, counter depth, 800 series. I selected Samsung's due to its cleaner look, layout (for organizing) & outside material (which lends itself to fewer finger prints & small dents/scratches). All based on research alone. Here's a summary of my actual experience: -Refrigerator cools and functions great. In a few hours after install, it reached desired (37, 0) temp. -Beverage center is fantastic. I never imagined a self-refilling pitcher of water would be so useful. Water dispenser works great. The area you place your cup is easy to push & water is delivered quickly. -Freezer has good amount of compartments to keep everything well organized. Flex area (bottom right door) can be converted to whatever you want, we use it as a freezer. -Ice Maker is working better than any ice maker I've ever owned. It makes two types of ice (regular & small). After install, ice was available the next day. Great ice! The pieces don't stick together (nice & dry). I am really impressed. -Refrigerator looks great. Look is very clean. Finger print resistant, it's not. It's not terrible but by no means is it completely resistant. -Refrigerator is WiFi enabled. You can control it via Samsung's SmartThings app. The refrigerator is nearly 72 inches at its tallest point where the hinges are. It's 23 cubic feet & well laid out. We've had it for 2 weeks and are absolutely delighted with our purchase (I plan to update this review in 6 months/1 year). It functions and looks amazing. We're happy we gave Samsung another chance.

    We had nothing but problems from day one with the refrigerator. The water dispensor wouldnt dispense, the fridge wouldn't stay cool (ruining $800 worth of food), freezer wouldn't keep things frozen. It would make a knocking noise. Our experience with best buy was great. They ended up junking it and we got a new fridge. They also reimbursed us for all the lost food.

    Absolutely horrible- ice maker has broken 4-5 times in 18 months. And I’m still dealing with it- geek squad will be back again to repair/replace. Stay away from this lemon

    Absolutely awful customer service from Samsung. Refrigerator delivered and installed well but NO printed manual to explain complicated working of digital controls. Won’t mail one. Want me to download a 245 manual to my phone. Print is microscopic. Would not have bought this model.

    Fridge to Tall

    The measurements were fine other than the fact that it does not tell you there is another box behind the door hinges where the hide all the wiring. The other box is across the entire width and goes 6.5" further towards the back of the fridge, so we were not able to push it all the way back into the counter opening. Great fridge just bad info and if just the hionges we would have been fine.

    I really use to be a fan of Best Buy. Employees were knowledgeable and they seemed to care about the customer, not anymore. Refrigerator was dented on the inside. Poor delivery service.

    Door is 4 inches wide which cant be placed inside the counter. My counter depth is 29 inches but still i have to place 5 inches out. I tried to place inside my door got damaged by the cabinet.

    My Samsung 4 door French Door refrigerator is awesome. I love that it has a hidden inside the door water dispenser, that it is fingerprint resident, counter depth, and has a DUAL ice maker. Yes it makes 2 types of ice! So cool!!

    We finally had enough of our GE Cafe fridge getting warm in some areas and freezing other spots. We’re Very pleased with the Samsung 4 door. With the double door freezer section, nothing gets buried and forgotten as was the case with the pull-out drawer style we had with the former fridge. Really like that the ice maker and ice storage is actually in the freezer section of the Samsung. The Best Buy delivery team were efficient, fast and took the time to explain some of the nuances and features of the unit.

    This shopping experience with Best Buy has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had anywhere, I have been on hold with no resolve 17 different times, been to the store 4x in person, was asked to call back to speak with a different manager each time, was made promises for pricing they didn’t keep and have yet to have someone email or call me back to resolve the issue for an exchange. I have only bought my appliances from here in the past so it is a huge disappointment.

    Great TVs and Phones - Questionable Appliances

    I would be cautious when purchasing a Samsung Appliance and the Tech Guard - 2 years ago we spent over $5000 on Samsung appliances like this. After 2 years and 1 month, the bottom of the dishwasher is not working, the ice machine in refrigerator works half the time and yesterday the 2nd microwave stopped working. After 2 45 minute phone calls to Best Buy total tech that we pay for, we have been waiting a month for a call back on scheduling service. We have 3 Samsung TVs, cell phones and projector from Best Buy that work great and that is why we went with Samsung Appliances. But I would be cautious on the appliances and the Geek Squad/Total Tech package.
