It’s frustrating to come to get water and seeing the pitcher empty. It’s equally frustrating since it works sometimes.

Good Fridge, would get the one with the glass door

Lower door needs to fully open to get ice comfortably and ice making does not keep up with 4 people on the house. Looks like it wont last more than a few years, I guess we will see about that. Id get the one with the glass door so you can get the water bottle and get the water dispenser. The bottle is small and empties quick. Have to wait to refill if need more water.

We started having issues after owning this refrigerator a little after a year. Water started leaking out of one of the water tubes to the ice machine which leaks out into the crisper area. Samsung has no idea what is wrong with it and of course now we are out of warranty. We purchased this refrigerator, a gas range, and a washer and dryer. All Samsung. We will NEVER buy from them again. We were so excited to purchased these new appliances and we have had nothing but trouble. So disappointing! I would also like to add that we would never buy the Stainless steel black finish again. It scratches so easily and the fingerprints show.

We came home from an extended weekend trip to find our new refrigerator had stopped cooling/ freezing and everything in the refrigerator had spoiled. Samsung only replaced the suspect board and did not compensate for food loss, even though the initial representatives did indicate that they would compensate for the food loss. So we itemized the food loss very carefully, only to find out later that Samsung decided not to compensate for the food loss. Very expensive refrigerator failed only 8 months of ownership; it was made less than a year ago. Don't buy any Samsung refrigerators, ever!!!

All are inside. I think it is a positive change and a lot more compact since it is counter deep. So far I rate it 5 star.
