Buyer beware, faulty water sensor

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this refrigerator less than 12 hours when the internal water dispenser sensor somehow stopped working and continued to pour water into the jug, before I realized what had happened water was all over my kitchen floor, down the hallway, and into the garage. Turned off the main water supply to cut off the water. Infact 6 weeks later I’m still trying to resolve this issue with bestbuys insurance company. Needless to say I returned the fridge

Not impressed. Way overpriced and cheaply made.

A replacement will cost you over $100. On that note, all of the plastic components are of extremely poor quality. This fridge was over $3,000 and I honestly would have been happier with a basic brand/model for around $1,000.

They do not honor their price match guarantees. We purchased ahead of Black Friday because we were assured we could get the benefit of any reduced pricing during the price match guarantee period. The price did go down within the period but Best Buy has not honored the guarantee.

The error code said Defective Inverter Board. Best Buy was wonderful in taking it back and allowing us to choose a different brand which we are very happy with.

My counter depth is 29 inches but still i have to place 5 inches out. I tried to place inside my door got damaged by the cabinet.

It could use an extra cheese/lunch meat bin but that’s minor- I just bought a separate clear fridge bin and it’s perfect. Love the double freezer. Looks fantastic. This fridge brings me joy.
