This Samsung refrigerator works great. The temperature controls are outside on the freezer door for both the fridge & freezer. Easy push button controls and temperatures so far stay at the levels you set them to. Controls can be locked so it won't be changed by curious kids. And reminder to change water filter is on there too so you can't miss it. Quiet operation. Roomy enough for what you need to store. Easy to wipe down. The shelves don't look that sturdy, but they are. My only complaint is the occasional water drips from the ice dispenser, but no big deal. I recommend this one.

It's a beautiful refrigerator, not real happy about the ice maker. If you need to fill a larger container it's a little cumbersome. Wish i thought to ask about a light at the water dispenser. Other than that I Love it

So far a nice fridge. Happy with the interior space. The interior lighting is easy on the eyes. Nice to have more space to neatly place items. Ice maker is a plus for the upcoming summer months.

Paid $999 during Black Friday. Very elegant and spacious. Only drawback I find is there's no light near the water/ice dispenser so it's hard to get water in dark. Other than that, so far no complaint.

We needed to replace our "dying" GE fridg, that was only 7 years old, but had developed a "motherboard problem" . Although the board was replaceable, it was going to cost nearly as much as this Samsung - which was (conveniently) on sale. We debated about getting the black stainless model, but are happy with the decision. This unit has maintained very consistent temps in both freezer and fridg sections. The few disappointments are: 1) no light above the water dispenser, making it difficult to see when the glass is nearly full, in a darkened kitchen; 2) no built-in drip tray, to catch small overflows from the water dispenser; and 3) difficulty getting small remnants of the thin plastic sheets (protecting the stainless surfaces of the doors during shipping) out of their attachment points around the door frames.

I love my new refrigerator I recomend excellent for big famillies it has an excellent space in both sides and works perfect for me and the fingerprint resistant in the door its perfect if you hace little ones because you can just wipe it off easily love it.

I purchased this fridge as i recently moved out on my own, i wasn’t sure which to buy as there are so many options to buy from at different price ranges, i seen this one and automatically like the clean look and fell even more for it when i seen the price.

Overall I love the fridge. It serves its purpose and is great for the price. Some cons are that the light in the freezer can be covered very easily once food is placed in the upper portion, and there is no light on the ice/water dispenser.

Bought refrigerator online.. needed refrigerator asap. Color is great works great but is missing like a deli drawer. Other than that is great. Would of given it five star but because of the drawer I didn’t.

This fridge maximizes the space I have available. It's quiet...with exception of water filling the icemaker. I really loved the customer service in the store. Also, the delivery team was prompt, efficient, friendly and neat.

Overall, we are very pleased with this product. The ice dispensing area could be a little deeper to provide more coverage for catching loose ice chips, but a very minor thing that we can deal with. Priced reasonably as well.

I purchased the Samsung - 24.5 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless steel for my new place. It is a great buy. The refrigerator is working great. It is a good buy. The color is nice and elegant. I recommend the brand as well.

This fridge is great. My only complaint is that there is no light around the ice and water dispenser to see what you're doing. You HAVE to turn on the kitchen light to align your cup or to push the water or ice button.

Delivery service was excellent! Very polite and everything was in great condition no problems whatsoever.
