Loud and Horrible Samsung Service

It started slowly leaking water from the bottom a few months in. I scheduled service but Samsung service changed the service date and pretended I requested it and when I contact them they were unable to see anything other than the original date and just kept pushing me off to some other company. Otherwise it works like most other fridges, except for the water and ice user interface is confusing and hard to read.

I have zero issues and some of the minor complaints that I saw in other reviews have not bothered me in the slightest. In particular, the mention of the ice/water dispenser not being illuminated has not been an issue as I have discovered that I always turn on the kitchen light before I use it so I am not fumbling in the dark anyway!!

She loved the refrigerator however, the delivery drivers was lazy and unprofessional. They did not connect the refrigerator are give any instructions at all. I have always purchased all my appliances and electronics from Best Buy. I was not pleased with the delivery service at all.
