Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Samsung Refridgerator in March of 2019 so it's only 2 years old. I can't say that I am overly pleased with this purchase. The first issue is that there is no light so in low light situations, it's hard to switch from ice to water and it's hard to see when the glass is full. The second issue is that the ice cube feature now dispenses crushed ice no matter what the setting. If I had it to do over, I would opt for a different brand.

The first one off the truck was dented and the Best Buy representative wanted me to accept it as it. I refused it and they sent a new one out 2 days later. The new one was installed and broke within a week. I woke up to water all over the floor and all my food inside was spoiled. Do not buy this fridge. Best Buy is also terrible to work with customer service wise. You’ll end up spending hours on the phone just to be transferred to various departments.

I wish there was a ight at the icemaker, since everything around it is black, it is hard to see when the glass is full of water. Also I wish there was a drawer in the refrigerator for cheese and lunch meat.

Instead of fiberboard panels on the back, this has metal panels. Built to last. Like the storage space by the ice maker in the freezer... great for pizza!
