This is a very nice product. Easy to clean, quiet, and looks great. I like the LED lights and quiet operation. The ice maker is nice and refills quick. The only problem that I have is a little bit of water drips out of the ice dispenser. I think this is from warm are getting in around the dispenser spout on the outside of the fridge.

We really love, our Sam Sung Side by Side it was more than we Expected. Love having the adjustments on the front of freezer, and Nice to have a little alarm when either door is left open. For us it has All the Bells and Whistles we want and need. THANK YOU BEST BUY Would not think of purchasing without the GEEK SQUAD !!! you "ROCK"

The refrigerator is very nice and works well. I think they should have an extra light inside to see things better. Also the round handles are pretty weird. Not like other refrigerators.

Overall I like the refrigerator but there is no light in the door for the ice and water and it seems like they could have included an additional side bin.

I love this fridge. It has more room on fridge side, but still plenty of room in freezer. Very quiet operation. Only noise is ice dumping and refilling. My only problem is the display on the door for Iceland water. No lights for selections and no light when you dispense water or ice. If it had proper lights it would be a perfect fridge.

My husband and I went from an almost 20 year old fridge to this. It's huge! There is so much space, which is surprising with a side-by-side. This wasn't the one we planned to get, but we like it better than the others. Would definitely recommend.

Probably not considered a "high end" but is a very good unit. Capacity is good - lighting inside is good while empty but easily covered with taller items. Definitely a good buy and service for delivery was good and done when promised.

We first purchased a Samsung product (TV) several years ago from Best Buy. We needed a refrigerator about a month ago and found this Samsung refrigerator on sale. Our daughter bought a Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy a few years ago and is very happy with it. We purchased this Samsung refrigerator and are also very happy with it. Best Buy was very helpful with arranging delivery, installation, and removal of the old fridge. The installers were on time, courteous and professional.

We have a smaller kitchen, so this particular GE model fits perfectly. The interior lighting is bright and the bulbs are placed in logical places. This may sound minor, but my first purchase (two weeks before this one) was a Samsung --which I had to return because the icemaker damaged -- and the bulbs in the Samsung were situated inside the unit in places that food items covered the lighting. No matter how you rearranged the contents inside, the lighting was bad. Not this GE. The icemaker on this GE works exceedingly well. Refrigerator maintains its temp. So far, so good.

Like the energy saver could have more store bins..

Inside light is not bright enough. Miss the light my old frig had by the ice dispenser.

I'm a chef so the proper storage of food is important to me. This fridge keeps everything on the brink of frozen with no freezing, just like my industrial walk in. I love it!

My first side by side and I really like it because there is more room in both the freezer side and fridge side than I had in my across the top freezer type fridge.

Side-by-side refrigerator was an excellent buy. Overall everything is well functioning and very well put together.

I'm happy with my Samsung refridge..water seems to have a slight mildly smell and taste but hope that disappears soon.,

No complaints. Great water flow for the in door dispenser . Ice maker and dispenser work great also.

I was disappointed that the water dispenser does not have a light and its dark.
