I bought this Samsung refrigerator because the Fridgidare model I bought last year was the worst. Had the Samsung delivered and installed yesterday and it's been great so far. I have had very good experiences with the Samsung brand, including my stove and microwave.

Really like the indoor ice maker and the Halogen lighting is great for the fridge and freezer. Ample room for everything , no regrets buying this fridge.

This fridge is very quite. We went thru 3 frigidaire side by sides. They were very noisy. This one is not. I miss the smudgeproof of those but can live with a few finger prints with no noise. Still trying to figure out how to get tall things on one of the shelves but overall like the fridge & would recommend it.

This is the second Samsung refrigerator we've owned. It has worked flawlessly and we expect it to continue to do so based upon past experience. The delivery/setup team was top notch and it was delivered when promised. Overall it's been an excellent experience.

It was a great buy. It is spacious, a lot of room for storage. The materials are very sturdy and durable.

Bought this fridge a few weeks ago - very happy with it so far. It is quiet and I can fit everything in it really well.

Nice and roomie, wish there was more shelving adjustable but it works for me!

No more GE products for me, Samsung is an upgrade. Holds everything in a convenient spot. Went back to the a side by side instead of French Door Model so I won't spend retirement bending to look for the ice cream

I am really glad I purchased this fridge. It has more than enough space for my needs, and I am definitely an adventerous home cook. I switched from a bottom freezer to a side by side and was nervous about that change. But, I am SO GLAD I did. It is just great. Be sure to purchase a new water line when you get the fridge. The salesman said I didn't need it, but I purchased a new stainless steel one anyway. Glad I did - as the warantee would have been void without it..

The fridge looks nice...BUT...the adjustable shelves aren't very useful. You can only adjust them to "set" places. In order to have a tall area in my reach level, I loose an entire shelf area - meaning I have a 1 inch shelf (tall) space at the bottom. The freezer makes a very annoying noise, vibrating buzz, I guess when the compressor is on?! I called Samsung and they said it was normal and didn't want to send someone out to check it. The noise drives me nuts! The ice maker makes a good amount of ice, for me anyway, but it is slow coming out when filling a glass with ice. Also, there are no lights on the panel that stay lit to know exactly where to push the button for ice and/or water. Would I buy this fridge again?! NO! Can I return it? Not sure, but I will be calling Best Buy to find out my options. For the money, it's a waste : (

We splurged a little more (than base model) and go this model with the ice maker in the door and the deli drawer. TOTALLY WORTH IT. The Ice maker works great. It doesn't take too long to fill up. Both the fridge & freezer keep their temperatures very well. We got the black stainless steel. It looks great. Virtually smudge-proof. Note- the sides are black (normal black, not stainless steel). Doesn't bother us though. Love it!

We love the size of this refrigerator. The ice comes in crushed and whole. We like the water dispenser also. The only thing we've noticed is a loud noise we haven't identified. We think it might be the pump pumping the water into the ice trays. Otherwise we really like this refrigerator/freezer.

Family all like this product. Fits and looks great in kitchen. Easy to use. LED lighting is new to us but like once we got used to it. The 3 drawers in the fridge side are spacious and work well. Feels larger than the stated 24.5 cu ft. The freezer also is larger with on the door ice maker. This definitely holds more than our previous 26 cu ft unit. Was skeptical of the ice maker quantity but it has been fine for us. Would by again based on first months service.

this refrigerator is perfect. there's tons of storage in both the freezer and cooler sections. I love the water and ice dispenser on the exterior. only thing I don't like is more of the way my kitchen is setup. I have it up against a wall which slightly prevents the door from opening all the way. not a fault of the device though. something to think about if you're going to put it up against a wall in a corner though. better to have open space on both sides.

We've had the fridge freezer for a few weeks now. Had the icemaker hooked up last weekend and so far, so good. The fridge freezer looks great and is super quiet. The installation of the fridge freezer and water hook up were quick and painless!

This refrigerator looks great with a large interior on both sides. Adjustable shelves for large items and lots of light to see everything even with my kitchen lights off. Refrigerator motor operation is very quit. The only thing I hear is the icemaker which I think is normal for any refrigerator. So far their is no ice build up in the freezer at all. One of my personal issues with todays refrigerators. Overall I'm very happy with this model.

I really like my Samsung fridge. Had the older version and loved it so I purchased the newer one. Love Samsung products and the customer service. The fridge has some upgrades and the BestBuy delivery guys were great!
