I love the draw & shelving in this unit! It's a great set up for the size.

Great fridge. I am glad after everything I bought this fridge. Installers commented about Samsung and how they rarely have returns and they are made to be great products. They commented how they are always glad when they deliver a good product to a house because they know it works well and not having to worry about returns to that house. It does show finger prints just like stated in many reviews but the product itself is amazing and I am happy with this purchase.

Frig performs well. It's cold and keeps food fresh

Great lighting and space. Delivery was on time. Water filter isn't the greatest.

It is good, we like it, but it is noisy. Every 15 minutes or so, it sounds like a woodpecker is knocking for 5 seconds. It has to do with the ice maker. Additionally, it get so many finger prints all over the door. They are hard to remove. But it works well.

After a few months, no complaints. My concern was bad reviews about the ice maker but I was told the newer models no longer have that problem. It's not an AWESOME fridge but it's worth what we paid. The Best Buy installers were top notch.

Side by side refrigerators are tricky for storing food. You really need to organize your fresh & frozen food. I like the water & Ice in the door but the settings on that are tricky at times. It’s ok for us two but not a big family.

good looking, quite running, plenty of space. Easy touch ice, water dispenser. Ice crushing could be a bit stronger, but it does work. very happy with purchase, as long as it keeps running for the next decade ( :

Best buy management, sales and delivery were excellent. All went an extra mile to be informative about the product from beginning to end, and to make sure everything was delivered and installed in good fashion.

Our first Samsung had numerous electrical problems with thermostat and ice maker. We were lucky in that it showed up the first 15 days so we got a new one to replace it. So far the second one is working. Makes a lot of noises which is suppose to be normal.

Smudges are little difficult to get rid of and glass gets dirty very fast but love it

We were looking for a very good, not too terribly expensive refrigerator to place the one that was on its last legs. And this Samsung 24.5 Cu Ft refrigerator filled the bill. It is a lovely unit with gorgeous internal lighting that makes everything very visible, and the ice maker is great for the summer months. It even has an energy saving setting. Can't recommend this Samsung highly enough.

We just bought it a month ago and it's working great for us so far. Got a great deal from Best Buy, this fridge had fear reviews in Consumer Reports as well. Best buy installers installed the fridge well.

Great Fridge at a great price! This is the first really nice appliance we have bought and so far it is great.

This is an affordable, modern and quiet side by side. The water and ice dispensers are very nice. Ice does not shoot out and the water is cooled which is a nice touch. Dispenser compartment is large enough for just about any container.

I feel this fridge is a good value. Nice features for the money

Would prefer a faster ice maker but everything else is great!!!

Good Refrigerator, good size and laid out well, easy to access the shelves and drawers. Looks nice also
