It's a good fridge. My only hangup on it is the poor lighting in the freezer and fridge. It touts "bright lights" but as soon as you put stuff in the fridge, it's very dim. That seems logical however the placement of the lights make this more dim than normal.

I bought this fridge for my garage so it didn't have to be perfect. But it has worked out perfectly, lots of room and the wife even likes it

Really are pleased with the new Samsung fridge. Excellent value and an Energy Star appliance. My only complaint is the availability as it took a long time to receive delivery from Samsung to Best Buy, and then to us. But worth the wait.

The ice dispenses really slow, wish it was quicker. Wish it had a smaller drawer up higher for cheese and other often used foods. Like the bigger size as our last fridge was a smaller size.

We love this frig so far. It has all the necessary features without all the unnecessary "bells and whistles".

This is a really good fridge, at a great price. It's spacious, sleek, and just nice in general. The twin cooling system is a plus.

Bought this refrigerator 3 months ago. The compressor is really loud when making ice (I can hear it working from another room) but this isn't the biggest issue. Once in every few hours it makes 1-3 really loud popping/cracking noises, loud enough to wake you up even if you are sleeping in another room. Called tech support, all they recommended is to turn the fridge on and off. Obviously it did not help. Ordered a tech visit. The guy was unable to recreate the sound and left without fixing a thing! Going to push Samsung for a replacement...

Best Buy had the right answers for me when my fridge died: can I get it right away, will it fit, is it in stock YES YES YES. Went to other big boxes and tried the local mom and pops too, everyone was 3 to 5 days or more out and I did not want to wait. And even though the height was a few inches taller than my old unit, it didn't matter. It fit under my cabinets because the taller part of the unit is only the front (on the door) so the height was no problem at all like the Home Depot associate warned me.

Great refrigerator so far. New stainless steel finish is elegant and works well with kitchen. Would have liked the display on the ice/water panel to light up the various functions - difficult to see in lower light. Needs more light in bin areas especially the freezer side.
