||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The biggest drawback is the ice dispenser. It takes a long time for ice to dispense and that is after the 3 second delay it takes for the dispenser to activate. Otherwise fairly happy with this fridge

Regret my purchase

This is probably the noisiest and/or the weirdest sounding refrigerator I've owned. I even had a technician come to my house to check it out because of the way it sounded not long after my purchase. He did a diagnostic on it and said everything checked out and that the new models did sound louder because of the compression system. The salesperson even set up a swap out for the same model but I had to leave the state due to my father's illness so I have no idea if the other refrigerator would have sounded and acted the same. The line drips often from the ice/water dispenser. There is no real shield on the tray. My freezer iced up because I didn't realize I had stacked some items too high/close to the vent, which cuts out the amount of food I can put in my freezer. This hasn't happened to me with other refrigerators. I have heard about Samsung products being so good but I don't have the same experience. At this point I'm not sure if I would ever buy a Samsung refrigerator again.

Mostly like it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I mostly like this refrigerator. The ice/water dispenser tends to continue to drip after using it so I have to keep a paper towel on the little shelf below to catch the water. Otherwise a good product.

Found out the cause was not having the ice maker holder on correctly....hopefully. Hasn't made the noise since the correction.
