This thing is so quite i cannot even hear it. The only noise that it makes is when the ice drops into the ice bin. It keeps things fresh and crisp for a long time. No freezer burn either which is a BIG plus! The shelves take a little bit to get used to but maybe it is just me?? The lighting in it is simply awesome!! When we first got it the refrigerator got to operating temperature in 2 1/2 hours. The is even a light that shines down when you fill your glass with water or ice which believe it or not helps you to see better how full your glass is. I don't have to bend over and look closely to see how full it is so that i do not over fill it. The ice maker makes a full bin of ice in less than 12 hours. This thing is VERY simple to hook up and to use it functions as well. The functions are so easy to use a 6 year old could figure them out! Over all i gave it 5 stars because it is simply awesome and it's only knock with me is the shelving arrangement on the refrigerator side like i said "but" that could be just my issue though?!?!??!?
