Great storage in fridge and freezer. nice drawers & shelving. Fridge quickly became noisy and cycles strangely. Water filter needed after 300 gallons and costs $50.!! Each time! Outrageous! Ice dispenser seems to leak from time to time. Needs freq. wiping f. fingerprints, spots, etc. Cannot move it to clean behind or under- TOO HEAVY! A 2-man operation! Good capacity. quality/durability remains to be seen!

I actually bought 4 appliances, the initial delivery date and time was not met and the second date two appliances were damaged. the second microwave was OK however the second refrigerator was also damaged with a dent on the right side.

Display panel & indoor lighting poorly designed!!!

Spacious storage and love the gallon size door bins, extra drawer in the fridge, lighting and icemaker. Very happy with the function, design, quality and price.

I bought the Samsung package of appliances, all junk. I have replaced the dishwasher already and today I am paying a service man to come out as my refrigerator is not working. I would not recommend Samsung at all. Junk!

it seems Samsung products are constantly having issues.... since day one this fridge hasnt work properly... tempeture goes up and down.. same with freezer.. it BEEP every 2 mins.. CRAZY! waiting for geek sq to come soon

Receive 1 damaged called to replace waited 3 weeks second came in damaged as well still waiting for them to pick up. Went and purchased same refrigerator from Conn's delivered next day and not damaged.

So far it seems OK, pretty quiet. Bulbs burnt out already. Ice maker continues to make ice, even though the ice is full. Going to be calling for service, it's not even a month old yet.

We've had this fridge for 1 week and so far, we've had no problems at all. It's very spacious and the minimal noise from the ice maker is to be expected. It can be turned off during times you don't want to hear the noise. This is our first side by side and I'm very happy with the space. Love the stainless steel! Our sales person at Best Buy was very informative and the delivery guys were very careful and friendly.

Disappointed, freezer stopped working in under 5 years. With covid setting up service is difficult.

My ice maker was broke within one week. Samsung customer service and servicing center is horrible. Best Buy is great

samsung has the worst products. My fridge broke in 2 years and they are not very helpful. NEVER BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG.

Best buy ordered me another,and when it was delivered..it was dented worse then the first one..

So far we love this fridge! Plenty of room and drawer space. The led tower really lights up every inch of the interior. Another model we saw had very poor lighting. I'm so happy we spent a little more for this model. Ice maker works well, overall the fridge is pretty quiet. When you go to get ice it does take a second for it to start doing anything. But I don't mind that because it virtually eliminates ice from coming out to fast or ice getting stuck in the little ice door. The Eco mode is a nice feature as well. If you're looking at getting a fridge for a reasonable price with some nice features I'd totally recommend this one.

The only nice thing about it is the lighting inside. The drawers don't pull out far enough to get anything into them. You can't get things out of the back of the drawers in the refrigerator without taking everything out. It makes a terrible whistling sound much of the time. The drawers are all at the bottom so things like cheese and other things you might want to use frequently are inconveniently located in the bottom of the refrigerator. The door of the freezer has tiny little shelves that hold nothing and the freezer drawers are also all at the bottom so it is a really difficult thing to store vegetables so that they are handy. There was a problem with my original order of a different refrigerator so we substituted this one. Turned out to be a bad decision. Avoid.

We have had this fridge for 8 months now. It runs really loud (normal, everyday functioning noise) and the shelves are in the dumbest places. We can't adjust them to make them helpful either because we tried. There is no way to put things like milk, juice, or soda containers INSIDE this fridge standing upright and forget a store-bought pitcher for something like Kool-Aid or juice mixed from concentrate. A couple will fit in the door, but not on the shelves. It's a good thing we have an extra fridge in our garage or we would be out of luck with this fridge and it's configuration. We've also experienced some problems with the ice maker. Overall, not so happy with this purchase. It does keep things cold/frozen and we've had no major break-downs.
