Had my fridge for about 2 weeks and love having ice quick on hand. No real big concerns so far. Does what it supposed to do and looks good doing it. Nice having on screen access to quickly change temps on both the freezer and the fridge and has a handy dinging noise when the kids leave the door hanging open for too long.

Overall like product. Great storage on rectitude but freezer side seems a little cramped. Like electronic display but a little hard to keep exterior looking clean

Great refrigerator. Spacious although a little bit louder when the ice maker is dropping the ice in the container.

Love my fridge. I love the LED lights and the amount/size of drawers. It has served us well so far. We have only had it for a month but I have happily filled it and although they are never big enough for all the stuff we like to put in fridges (beer and such) but it works wonderfully for what we need it for.

Great refrigerator. The only thing I don't like is the stainless steel gets finger prints and grease on it easily.

So far so good. I wish it had the nice fake stainless that's easier to clean, but other than that, it seems just fine. Plenty of room. Icemaker a little noisy.

Like most, me and my wife read all reviews before a purchase and for the most part all reviews were spot on. This fridge has plenty of spaces and chills great! only complaints: Lighting on water dispenser isnt the best, at night you have to turn a light on in the kitchen to see the buttons unless you manually turn the light on every night. my old fridge had a better setup in this sense. also, the icemaker has a long delay and i think its just from design. for how much room the icemaker takes up in the freezer, you would think it would hold more ice also...

I bought this fridge for my moms birthday. She is In love with it. It truly is a beauty to have the kitchen. As I gaze I only realize that I fall in love with this masterpiece of a fridge. Don't get me started with its ice and water filter system. Truly a great product and a great present.

This is the best refrigerator I have owned to date it is big and lots of room inside.It also runs very quiet.Love the ice maker and LED lighting inside.We love this fridge. After looking several brand we decided to buy Samsung again. This one is the perfect one. It works properly, has enough space and the kids love te showcase door, so convenient.

Love the fridge. It has plenty of space and is quiet. The only thing I don't like is that the water pools under the ice/water dispenser.

After owning Samsung cellphones for 10 years I thought I would try their fridge. I bought this item as an open box purchase and took it home myself. After plugging it in I found that the freezer side did not work. I immediately called Samsung because the fridge was new and under warranty. There was a major language barrier at the Samsung call center but they were VERY POLITE and tried their best. The representative told me to give it 24 hours and call back again if it still did not operate properly. The next day the freezer still did not work and I really did not want to go through the language issue again so I approached the issue a different way this time. I called a local appliance company who was a Samsung authorized repair facility and they contacted Samsung. Samsung has TOTALLY stood behind their product and has sent the repair company out 3 times to replace different sensors and Samsung has covered every penny of the visits! This is a beautiful fridge and has massive amounts of room in both the fridge and the freezer sides. The ice maker mounted on the freezer door opens up so much more room on the freezer shelves. The fridge has 3 drawers for storage and a huge amount of room on the door and shelves. Even though I have had issues I still rated this fridge a 5 because of its functionality, storage capacity, great looks and Samsung's warranty. I would definitely buy this fridge again.

Measurements were exact so it fit great. Installers were very professional and quick. Cooled down quickly. The price was very good

I love this fridge but it makes alot of popping and just weird sounds. Otherwise no issues so far.

Didn't know that Samsung made refrigerators, but bought this one due to price and the fact that the iceaker does not take up a whole freezer shelf. It's a great product and I am very satisfied!

Larger than what I thought and enough room for large items. Place for the gallon jugs in the door which leave room on the shelves. Shelves are adjustable for taller items and I like the way the door shelves in the freeze pull down just a bit to get items out of them.

This was exactly what I was looking for. The water dispenser and ice maker get used every day. Love the deep doors and drawers. Holds everything I could want. Only downside is the ice maker can be a be noisy.

Refrigerator is simple and efficient. Excellent storage space in both refrigerator and freezer. Love the ice storage on the door and the inside lights are softer lighting. Only thing we don't like is that there is no water catch under ice/water dispenser. Need to wipe dry immediately, otherwise it leaves spots.

I had a Kenmore prior to this one. The Kenmore lasted only a few years before giving out. So I got this one, mainly because of a friend's recommendation (although I did quite a bit of research on my own as well). So far I'm liking it. There's lots of space, it seems to control the temperature well, there's lots of useful features like setting the temperature, letting you know when doors are open, and dispensing water, ice cubes, or crushed ice. I also like that it has a very accessible location for the water filter. My one regret so far with this one is regarding the ice-maker. It has this cheap plastic grinder/stirrer, which doesn't do as good a job of crushing ice as my old Kenmore (which had a much sturdier, metal ice grider/stirrer). If I could take a mulligan on this, I'd probably have gone with the one-model-higher version of this one. But it wasn't available at the time. Anyway, so far so good with this fridge.

Getting used to the slightly smaller size. Other than that, the fridge kicks butt on several levels. Water and ice on the outside of the door. Temperature controls on the outside and actual temp display. It is cold in there without a doubt. The freezer is actually larger than the previous french door refrigerator we owned, and much more convenient to access. The lighting inside is excellent. That said, the refrigeration side is in fact smaller as side by sides tend to be, and takes some getting used to, to store things effectively. After we ditched all the Thanksgiving leftovers, however, we found a lot more room.
