I had the fridge for less than 1 hour and saw that it sprung a leak. All over my kitchen was a flood. Was not the connection as it was pouring out of the right back panel (Im facing the back panel). Also the doors would not shut with a simple push. I always had to back track and reshut the dang door. BestBuy offered to send someone out to fix it. But because I reread the reviews and saw that most of the problems had to do with the water line and the back freezing up I chose to return it. I purchased a Whirlpool WRF757SDHZ (same size and options) and I LOVE WHIRLPOOL. I have always bought whirlpool and I wont stray away again.

Absolutely love the beautiful design and it works wonderfully well. This is my first new refrigerator and our last was a monstrosity; so take this review with that in mind.

I recommend this refrigerator. It's big enough, but wish I would of bought the 28" ft. Which at the time was only 200 more dollars. But did not have the option to cancel order online.

So far, we are happy with the new refrigerator. It looks elegant and everything works well, at least for now, it is very little time to use to have a solid opinion.

We haven't had it delivered yet. We flooded and haven't moved back into our house yet.

This is our first Samsung fridge and we couldn't be happier. The pull out freezer drawer is perfect for our young family and the double door fridge provides tons of space.

After watching sales slips in the paper, we went to the store and looked at many many fridges, we choose this one. As of today we are still pleased with our decision.

This is a great purchase. Just what we were looking for.

like the frig only issue is the ice at time it seems that the ice is not completely frozen

This Samsung fridge has convenient storage inside the top part that can easily be adjusted for different types of food. However, the space in the door is too small to be very useful. The touchscreen works very well and had not caused me any problems. The freezer drawers are fine. The outside smudges really easily and must be cleaned often to stay looking nice.

Excellent customer service and installation happy with product

Had 3 refridgerators delivered before one was delivered without imperfections in the finish. Best Buy was great about making sure the problem was resolved. Now that we have had it a few weeks, I notice that Fingerprints and water marks really show. It is hard to keep the doors free of marks. I do love the size & usability of this fridge.

My unit was delivered and immediately was showing an error. I felt bad for the delivery guys after getting it up the stairs. I told them to just sent a technician. After several visits it was not repairable as a wire was loose. They then sent a technician to sauder it on. This lasted a couple months. Now I am awaiting a replacement from bestbuy

I LOVE my refrigerator. After having a side by side for years I love how much more space I have now. I love the alarm when the doors stay open too long.

We really like our refrigerator and enjoy the movable shelf and the meat storage area.

We have only had the fridge for a couple of weeks. It looks great and works like it should so far. Has a lot of room inside and we like the bottom freezer.
