I love this refrigerator. It has all the space I need on top and more importantly the freezer. And it is beautiful

We got this refrigerator in an open box sale. It was the best possible price we could find for a quality refrigerator with this configuration that also had ice and water in the door. Love it.

Nice design, nice features, VERY HEAVY if you're planning on moving it yourself, and can be loud when dropping ice. The shelves take some getting used to. Has a lot of space and stores tons of food in the fridge as well as the freezer. Had it for 2 months and no issues so far. Great product for the price.

We absolutely love this fridge! It's very spacious and has several options to customize the shelving arrangements. We've had it for over a month and there are no fingerprints on it at all. Love the platinum finish!

Works good, looks good. Plenty of space although ice maker takes up a bit more space than I'd like but other than that at this price, it is a very nice fridge.

This refrigerator is awesome. It's holds a lot, it's bright so I can see everything and it's convenient. The only problem I had was I noticed at times the refrigerator is very loud. Strangely if I opened the bottom freezer drawer and then closed it, the loud noise stopped.... Temporarily. So I called and come to find out, something is resting on the fan causing a rattling noise and they are coming to replace the related parts at no charge. Other than that, very satisfied.

This refrigerator has plenty of room, allows you to adjust shelving to accomodate items of varying sizes, plenty of drawer space and looks sleek. It was also a bit less expensive than some of the other models.

Aside from not having a built in TV this fridge is amazing. Tons of room and several drawers, adjustable shelves to configure. The fixed shelving in the doors are kind of weird and holds odd sized items only.

Got this French Door Fridge to replace my side by side I had for last 10 years. Heard great things about Samsung. We wanted ice and water thru the door. However the ice and water dispenser take up valuable space in the left door. Making the left door shelf mostly unusable for all but small jars. The freezer has plenty of space but you must adjust shelves to accommodate large juice bottles or milk cartons.

Ice machine is awful. Look up all the failures online. I called Samsung and they initially referred me to the parts department until I said I didn't want to pay. They immediately initiated their plan for people like me with the one time refurb for free as there are so many people with this issue. The ice machine still freezes up and I have to defrost it every two months but at least it makes ice now. Right now the door bins are all falling to pieces and the fridge is not yet four years old. The plastic is perishing at about the 3 year 10 month mark. Their service department said that it's out of warranty so now I have to spend $500 on a $2000 fridge to replace door bins. Also, the condensation track has frozen up twice so I have had to empty the fridge and defrost it completely. What a load of junk. The workman who came to do the work on the ice box said only buy Samsung phones and TVs. We also had to change a Samsung washer which was recalled less than a year old recently. Their appliances look pretty but....

Owned this refrigerator for about a month and love it so far. Plenty of storage space. Well lit. Great looking style.

This replaced my refrigerator dated 1998. I wanted the same features, ie crushed ice, ice cubes and water along with cheaper energy use. This fit the bill along with a better price than I expected for the product. I hope it lasts as long as the previous one and it will get a lot of use, as I tend to stock up on produce and frozen items out of habit. My daughter bought one similar last year and she is very happy with hers as well.

I love Samsung products except their phones...bought this fridge at a pretty good deal. It does the job. Plenty of space for everything. Only thing I’m having trouble with is the water and ice has a bad chemical/plastic taste and smell. Over 10 gallons flushed through the water dispenser and two trays of ice and it’s better but it still taste and smells pretty bad. Hopefully it is just the filter and bestbuy will fix the problem

Excellent refrigerator with lots of room at a very affordable price

I purchased this based on previous Samsung that lasted 8 years - Not my Fathers Fridge that lasted 23. 4 months old and the Ice Maker Flapper that lets the Ice come out constantly opened and closed every second. Called Samsung - Took 5 weeks to get a repair man out. Came out with the wrong part. I waited 2 more weeks and showed up in my driveway with the wrong part. I told him everything I read said that it was the wiring harness in the door and to not show up without a new door. He Replaced the Motherboard, the Ice Flapper and finally the Door was the fix. It's now been 3 weeks later and I have to call them back out because i am getting a PC ERR code on the digital display - basically saying either a cable wasn't connected right or a new motherboard replacement... Other then that - I wish i had the 25.6 cu ft old one - just bigger and more room to store things neatly instead of on top of each other... The Freezer is smaller too.

This is our second Samsung refrigerator. We had a similar one the first time around. French-door fridge with pull out washer and came to love the room and organizational flexibility. My wife especially loved the deli drawer! We left ended up leaving it with our house when we moved, as the buyers insisted on it staying. We found this one at Best Buy on sale and got it at a great price. Still love the flexibility in shelving arrangements, the milk holder on the door that can handle 2 gallons. And, my wife still loves the deli drawer enough for us to have opted out of the next higher model with the "flex-drawer." The only blight on an otherwise stellar unit is the lack of a dedicated butter area on the door. However, that can be overlooked with the use of a butter dish with a lid. If it ends up annoying me enough, I will purchase one through Amazon or something...

Me and my we're looking for a refrigerator for a month and we couldn't decide but when we read about these one and we went to best buy and actually saw it we felt in love with it I'll definitely recommend it

The color is amazing! The space inside good compared to other French door fridges.

Fridge is very nice and has a very sharp, clean look - no fingerprints show on the black stainless steel, which is a bonus in my book. The only down side is that the fridge was installed a little to close to the wall and when the doors open it rubbed on the top corner and now one small spot has worn off the black stainless color. Other than that, the fridge is perfect. Especially nice for hubby who is 6'3" as he can now see everything in fridge :-)

Great product for its price. We both love the capacity, its beautifulness and the friendliness of its features. This is our first French style refrigerator, we find it very practical.
