Beautiful stainless fridge with large storage area

Love this, especially the shelving, deli drawer and freezer drawer. The icemaker makes only 2 quarts of ice so at times we are shifting and storing more. Overall a great product.

First twice delivery was unsuccessful, drivers were not professional, especially the second attempt, the driver was taking nonsense. Fortunately the third time driver helped to get the freezer inside through the door, but still I paid 400 bucks for replacing a new window which was suggested by the first time driver but eventually end up with not using it at all!

Overall it is a great unit. very quiet, and excellent lighting. The only downside for me is that magnets will not stick to doors. Weird.

Love my new Samsung french door, bottom freezer refrigerator. It has all of the bells and whistles (water, ice, crushed ice, digital controls) but the ice "holder" is next to impossible to remove and you cannot see if you need ice or not without taking it out. Very poor design and this is the first time I have been disappointed with a Samsung product part. other than that, it is wonderful.

Love the freezer on the bottom. I didn’t give it a 5 for 3 reasons. 1) wish the meat /cheese drawer was 2 separate sections because I don’t like the fact that I have to open both doors to open this drawer unlike the fruit and veggie drawers. 2)the ice doesn’t taste filtered. 3) My old frig the filters lasted a full 6 months and these only last 3 months. Gets expensive.

This refrigerator is perfect for any home whether you have or do not have children. It’s so spacious and the shelves are adjustable to your liking.

The shelving configuration options aren't optimum for taller items but overall great fridge.

Stopped working, hate it! We buy or refrigerator 3 years ago, it’s new and it’s broken now

Samsung came out within a few days to fix it but it sucks that i couldn’t use it for a few days.

This refrigerator was well worth the money. We had had no issues with it in the first month. The installers were great.

Ice make takes up much needed space for tall shelf items. Still figuring out a convenient way of storing everything.

Nice refrigerator, love the black stainless. Not a fan of the wide single drawer, need to open both doors to access it.

Icemaker makes wet ice and crushes the ice even though the setting is for cubes. At start of dispensing about a tablespoon of water comes out prior to the ice. Almost makes me regret my purchase!

Read some reviews that this fridge had some issues with compressors and leaking. Haven't had any of those issues, it just works and works well. The only issue I have is I had to remove one of the shelves so gallon jugs would fit. Because of the design, there isn't a lot of options for adjusting the shelf height with the ice maker in the refrigerator and not in the freezer.

I had 3 repairs for the Ice Maker so Best Buy refunded my money and I upgraded to another brand, Jenn Air. This time I did not get the ice thru the door. Seems like Samsung had an issue on this model so buyer beware! I had the Samsung for 2 yrs before the problem started.

the freezer handle fell off, fortunately I had the tools to fix it. I wonder if this was a fluke or an anomaly?

Ice maker is truly very loud and scary. Ice comes out very chunky and broken up.

The door keeps getting stuck...seems flimsy...shouldn’t be for the price that I paid for!!

Really love this model. Have had the side by side and so much food can be put into this model. and the bottom freezer is huge! Again, don't care for the ice cubes as they are smaller than I'm used to and seem to get chopped up when dispensed but not as much as on the crushed setting.
