Fridge works well. Had to remove one shelf to allow for gallon jug storage. Door hinges squeak, whixh is annoying. They are made of a plastic material and doesn't appear to be a way to lubricate them.

I love it. Very quiet and plenty of space. Ice is a nice size.

The only thing we don't like ( but we can deal with)is the water comes out real slow.

This refrigerator has great lighting and great space for its size.

This refrigerator is excellent at keeping food fresh and frozen. It has great temperature stability. I would give it 5 stars if not for the lousy ice maker. We have had this refrigerator for over 3 years and have had the ice maker repaired or replaced at least 6 times. Today, I called the geek squad to schedule another service call. The main problem is that the ice maker freezes and stops making and or dropping ice cubes into the bin.

I love the LED lighting and having the fridge on top and freezer on the bottom. I've always loved the french door look and find the ice and water dispenser convenient. The fridge is spacious and the interior design is perfect. Best of all, I got a great deal from Best Buy.

Roughly 3yrs,2016 -2019 and signs of Rusting. check the back of your refrigerator and along the door. Had black stuff growing.

Very nice refrigerator. We were a little surprised that there was no protective material on outside of refrigerator and every piece inside had the protective film on it. Runs quiet but ice maker is a bit noisy. Works perfect so far.

The ice maker is freezing up. When using the ice maker it is backing up and ice comes out the door when opening the fridge door.

The fridge is huge, inside and out. We liked the setup but noticed right away that the ice maker took up quite a bit of room. I liked being able to put long items in the pantry drawer, like veg or fruit trays. It worked well for awhile but we had several issues after a couple of years. The fridge would ice up and the fan would no longer work. Because we had the Geek Squad warranty we were able to have it fixed many times and they eventually replaced the fridge. We learned after all that this model had a reputation (earned after we purchased it) for the icing issue.

This has lived up to my expectations. The features are good. It matches well with the kitchen. The ice maker works great. The drawer space inside really helps with the storage of food.

This model works well expect when using the outside panel to choose ice or water it is hard to respond to touch and cubes drop very slowly.

We had 5 total service calls on this fridge in the just over a year we had it for anything from a no cooling problem to the entire computer board being bad. It also does this fun thing where it will freeze the coils up then thaw out all over your kitchen floor. We were eventually able to exchange this fridge for a new one. I would recommend if you’re considering a fridge, to stay away from this one.

I am very happy with the fridge unhappy with Best Buy getting it to us. They ordered the wrong product, then told it was discontinued, hen told the found it, when it arrived was the wrong fridge.

I went to best buy looking for a refrigerator the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed me lots of options. After reviewing 3 refrigerators we eventually went with a reasonably priced refrigerator. So far it's been great I can't even hear it run I'm very happy with the service and the product.
