Had massive issues with this fridge. Worked really well initially then made an awful motor sound. The cooling unit would constantly freeze up causing the fan to initially hit ice constantly, then freeze up also. Without the cooling the fridge would heat. Every month I would have to take the back off of it and defrost it myself. Upon research, this as been a common problem for this unit.

It is a reeeally deep fridge. It sticks out much farther than out last one, however out last fridge was 10+ years old. The lighting in it is great. Havent used the freezer much yet.

I love this fridge but I would NEVER purchase black stainless steel ever again on any appliance. It is merely black paint over stainless steel, and if scratched you cannot do anything to repair it! The steel shows under the scratch. I also purchased the matching range with the same problem. The coating just does not hold up under normal use. I would recommend this fridge but stay with the regular coating!

The staff at Best Buy have been excellent at getting the issue resolved. Samsung has very poor Quality Control and does not care about customer satisfaction. The freezer door is not molded correctly and extends beyond the plastic cap. I would not recommend the stainless steel version of this fridge.

Went from side x side and wanted to add refridgerator space without getting bigger. This French door by Samsung did that and more. More interior space and great organizational shelves. Finding anything is a beers and there is room for everything.

We bought this fridge due to the bottom freezer and as a replacement for our secondary refrigerator in the garage due to a previous purchase of same model. It has room for all our stuff and is great for excess food when entertaining.

Great appliance, works great and has wonderful features. The only thing is change is the size of the doorspace. Not enough room for many condiments

I love the room and ability to arrange shelves in the refrigerator to allow more room. Freezer on the bottom has more room than our old side by side. With grandkids love the open door alarm.

only one thing that is a bother. There is no backlighting for the "buttons" on front panel making it VERY difficult to read what they are

We love our refrigerator. It keeps produce so much fresher than our old fridge. The cool select pantry is very handy and keeps meats as cold as possible without freezing, which seems to make them last longer. We are very pleased.

A great refrigerator! Best Buy had a great price and the white model was in stock and could be delivered within two days. One small problem was a dent in the side of the refrigerator... Didn't see until after delivery so could make no claim. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Beautiful, features are nice. Very frustrated with the shelving and not able to place as much as I would of liked.

I bought this product for a rental property because the sale on it was better than a much smaller cheaper refrigerator. It was a bonus for the tenant that it had water and ice in the door and they very excited to received more than a basic refrigerator.

Samsung - 24.6 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless steel, works very well and it has many features which i had not anticipated. Looks very elegant and fits perfect in the spot we had.

It breaks my heart to write anything negative to samsung but the ice maker keeps getting stuck with ice and honestly that alone will make me think twice before buying another samsung fridge. Otherwise the review would be a 5 star but I haven't had ice for a longg time because I gave up on it.

Delivered was right on time they installed plug it and make it work clean and fast

We upgraded to the french door style from a side by side that was only 19 cu ft. So now we have so much room and all the features that our family wanted. the small ice maker, water and ice through the door. It's great.
