Wish I could give -5 stars. Google Samsung dual cool. This fridge is Garbage, it freezes up and prevents condenser from cooling. Samsung knows this and won’t do a thing about it. Between a 2 year old fridge needing to be replaced and losing $500 of food, I’m no pleased. Stay away

So far a great purchase. Efficient use of space and premium feel are the highlights. Works perfectly and has good thought out features

Since receiving my Samsung 3-door refrigerator I have had no problems with the product at all. All systems are working as advertised and I am satisfied with the product.

Parts are very cheap quality . The door bins fell off with in 8 months. Its been 3 months, I have been calling best buy and Samsung . Still its not fixed. Poor product and Poor Customer service.

Stay away from Samsung refrigerators, we have had multiple issues with this one. Have had it 6 years. There is a whole Facebook group dedicated to purchasers who have also had issues and Samsung has refunded millions for their bad design.

shelves in left door are awkward due to the design of the icemaker making wasted space.

Found this fridge as an open item at local Best Buy and really liked that this was a bottom freezer with the water filter. Everything is working great so far and really enjoying it.

Have had multiple problems with the icemaker leaking and making slushy ice and then the water filter leaked and caused a minor flood on my kitchen floor. Really a very poorly made appliance. Thankfully, I have the 5-year protection plan and the Geek Squad are great. But it's annoying to have to call them every 6 months or so.

Wasn't sure we were going to like the French door style but it's a lot more usable room.

Nightmare from the beginning!Freezer never got cold and ice maker didn't work properly ! Will never purchase another samsung appliance . Returned it for a refund.

Had some issues with delivery and the item was first delivered defective, but was able to get a new one. The door was noisy even with the new one and requested a call back from the manufacturer and BestBuy but never got it. Paid someone else to fix it.

The lights are so bright and nice in this fridge. The spacing is great. Best part about it is the little section in the fridge my son uses now for his snacks.
