Six days later it quit. Just quit working altogether. I was getting water for my coffee and the electronics on the door went nuts. The alarm was going off and it was flashing PC ER. If that happens to you, get everything out because it is a done deal. The whole refrigerator shuts down and you will lose everything in a matter of hours. We had purchased the Geek Squad 3 yr. Protection Plan but that was a TOTAL JOKE!!! We ended up returning this product as it was still within the 15 day return timeframe. Not sure if it was returned by someone else but.....

Samgsung won't do anything about it. I won't be buying samgsung products anymore. LG service is more reliable and caring about getting your expensive products fixed
