Thanks for the feedback. Please make sure your RF263BEAESR has at least the recommended amount of clearance for air circulation around the Refrigerator to ensure it can run efficiently and cool effectively. If water is dripping into the recessed air under the dispenser, it may be because fragments of ice are left in the chute after dispensing crushed ice, or there may be air in the water lines. Try bleeding the air by dispensing a few gallons of water, and wipe the chute dry after dispensing ice.
