Terrible refrigerator. I will never buy another Samsung appliance again. There is a design flaw with the drain and there is alway standing or frozen water near it, which backs up into the fridge.

I have owned this fridge for 2 yrs and already cleaned frozen coils twice and thawed out the drain hole. If this is not done every few months water collects in the bottom of the fridge. Also the ice maker needs constant reset because it's not making ice. Friend of mine had same issues with this fridge. Terrible product and should be a recall for constant freezing of coils and frozen drain hole. I will never buy another Samsung Refrigerator in my lifetime.

We purchased this Samsung refrigerator in 2019, after 3 years and 4th months the freezer stopped working, a couple days after it was the fridge, the technician said that I was better off replacing it, do yourself a favor and don't ever buy Samsung refrigerators.

I read several reviews on this unit about 3 years ago and it received good reviews. We have had several issues and now it does not cool, the door flap on the left door is broken and the repair costs are half the price of a new unit. Before purchasing a Samsung refrigerator I would recommend going on you tube and take a look at the comments from the DIY repair videos.

Bought a suite of Samsung appliances and after 3 months had issues. The fridge finally got replaced. They would only replace with exact one this one is already having issues after 6 months. Don’t buy Samsung appliances! They know TVs, phones but they can’t put a descent appliance together if their life depended on it.

Spent almost $2000 for this Samsung Refrigerator. 2 years in... the ice maker broke, the freezer doesn't work properly, and the top area fan and coils freeze up causing the fan to burn out. Repair man says he sees this all the time on this model. Had to buy a new one and will never buy Samsung again. BUYER BEWARE!

have had issues since day one with ice cubes being broken when dispensing. Full cubes made in bucket but are broken upon dispensing. Had repair out 7 times, Now told by Samsung tech that it is a design flaw and cannot be repaired. But no satisfaction or consideration from Samsung customer service. Will not buy Samsung product again.

We purchased Samsung refrigerator in 2016, We had issues with cooling sensor thrice . Two times we paid and replaced the sensor , Third time when we had the same issue the response we received was there is no parts available which mean we need to trash it.

My purchase is verified by AMEX but apparently Best Buy is not verifiying it. At any rate, sent mine back because the doors are crooked allowing gap at top allowing air entrance and vice versa. Put a flashlight in yours, close the doors, and see the light. Best Buy tried to fix it but gave up and took it back.

The ice maker constantly freezes over and the drain hole for the auto defrost also freezes over so then the water pools under the big drawer and refreezes. If you want frustration and rage on a regular basis, get this one. If you want a fridge that actually works the way it is supposed to, go with another brand. Samsung should stick to TVs.

Black stainless coming off, shelves breaking, ice maker intermittent. I have always been brand loyal to Samsung however when choosing appliances for our kitchen makeover it was the biggest mistake we incurred. Very disappointed with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator and will not recommend this brand or buy again.

Worst fridge i ever owned. Freezer stopped working. Repair person fixed. Freezer stopped again not a month later. Repair person fixed it, but never froze. Called again. This went on several times until they gave us our money back.

This refrigerator overall is good. Great space!!! But when it comes to the Ice Maker TRASH. The ice maker went out within the first 2 months of me having it. I done had the fridge for almost 5 years now and they have came and changed the same part for the ice maker 4 times and the maintenance guy that came and fixed said samsung French door fridges all do this. I. Recommend that NO ONE BUYS this fridge unless you want to have maintenance call on the regular

I have only had this refrigerator for 4 years, I have always had issues with freezer like many others. It freezes up after 2 weeks of doing the defrost, I have had the refrigerator looked at, there is no sufficient repair. Buyer beware, it may look beautiful in your in house but its terrible.

I've had this refridgerator for 3 years and had nothing but disappointment. I've had to fix the doors twice because they kept coming apart and the ice maker system 3 times (over $400 each time). Think twice before purchasing this Samsung.

The worst brand I ever bought. I had issues with the ice maker since the first month. Came to repaired at least 3-4 times. Problems cooking.

Great fridge. Loved it but sad the price went up since we bought it because I want another one.

Second year of having this Fridge and I have spent more money on replacing food from being rotten than the actual fridge cost!! Fan and Defrost issue. Funny when the repairman even laughs and says we see this all the time!! Pretty disappointed is an understatement!

The door handles do not match each other in height and the service guy could not fix it. After a year the door gasket tears. The actual energy efficiency does not add up. It always seems to be on and our energy bill went up instead of down from our 20 year old fridge.
