    Bad Delivery Experience

    They give a delivery window of 2 hours and expect you to wait there during your work hours. The driver called me at 10:35AM, I was at home in 10 mnts. By the time I reached, the driver is gone. I was waiting as a fool for 30 mnts for the truck to arrive. The driver didn't even inform that he helf without delivery and suggested me to call best-buy.

    Stopped working in 18 months

    Purchased in September 2016 and in February 2018 the freezer stopped working. Called Geek Squad and was told that they had to order a piece. The refrigerator stopped working a bit after that. First appliance I’ve had that has broken down in less than 2 years.

    Do not purchase any thing from this brand. Their ice maker clogs up every week. It is very frustrating, when you have to buy bags of ice bc your ice making freezes up and won’t drop the ice in the tray.

    There is a gap between refrigerator and ice maker that lets warm air in and causes everything to freeze up. Do not buy,!!!!!!! Samsung support is poor Will not stand behind it

    Do not buy this product unless you want to have a non working ice machine in about a year. The problem with the ice machine is obviously a design issue and Samsung will not own up to it,.

    We purchased this refrigerator in Oct. 2015 and it died March 3, 2016. We called customer service March 3rd and did some troubleshooting with a rep, to no avail. We were told that someone would call within 24 to 48 hours to set up a repair date. No one called. We called back March 8, we were given a repair number and were told the parts were on order. No one had looked at the fridge, so how could they know what parts were needed? We waited until March 14 to hear about the parts, then we called customer service again. We finally had it fixed on March 18. We feel that Samsung's process for servicing warrantied appliances should be much quicker and simpler for consumers.

    Constant problems with the ice maker. The problem was exacerbated by Samsung whose repair people were not allowed to fix the problem. Samsung tried to cheap it out the first two times we called for a repair person. Only on the third did they approve replacement. It is out again.

    Samsung told me that I should expect the water to drip for 5-10 minutes after each use. That is "normal". The cubed ice came out with about half as crushed all the time. The freezer drawer squeaked from the very beginning. And though I got a black refrigerator, the wheels underneath were an off white and showed very prominently. When I told Samsung about that, thinking there was probably a faceplate I was missing, they told me , "No, a lot of people complain about that."

    Ice maker constantly freezes up and/or stops working. Multiple techs. Multiple replaced parts. Multiple "fixes". No solutions. This is a known problem with Samsung refrigerators.
