Worse service/ poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this refrigerator and had to return it 3 times within 2 weeks. First time came with a major dent. Second time the ice dispenser was leaking and the interior plastic cabinets were cracked. On the 3 delivery they did not install the water line properly. I found this out the next morning when I had water flowing outside my house! All Best Buy did was apologize and said to file a claim. They did nothing to accommodate me after I had to rip walls and repair my kitchen and flooring! Worse service ever!!! I am beyond disappointed and appalled. Who knows how long this claim will take and if it will cover the costs.

Waste of money.
