Really aesthetic, solid construction; however the unit is a little noisy compared to our old Samsung fridge.

We didn't get to see this exact fridge in person - we are more than pleased with the results ! It's a gorgeous and smudge free finish, lots of room and Best Buy has been an amazing experience. We will definitely buy our next appliance here !

This refrigerator looks and works like a charm. Lots of room in both compartments and the door bins really work great in size. The ice maker is quick and the water tast good with a Samsung filter.

Good size refrigerator that uses space wisely to hold a great deal of fresh and frozen foods. Ice is a bit slow when filling glasses.

I love this fridge! I recently had a party at my house for my son's first birthday and had food for 25 people stored in the fridge and freezer. Everything kept nicely and there was room to spare! The crisper bins are awesome. My veggies last weeks instead of days!!!!

This is a great refrigerator my only complaint is the noise it makes when it is cooling. It is louder than my other fridge was.

The fridge is nice, I just wish the ice dispenser didn’t take up some much space in the fridge area.

Decent refrigerator. Biggest complain is the drawer inside the refrigerator portion requires both doors to be open which is a pain. Another issue is the ice dispenser is kept in the refrigerator portion and I feel the ice isn’t kept as cold as it should be which results in a little squirt of melted ice water sometimes when you grab ice.

Wonderful fridge! I was going between a side by side and the 3 door and I could not be happier. I looked at many refrigerators and Samsung features were the best. The top door in the freezer can be moved all the wayy back to get into the bottom which is great. The top door in the freezer give you instant access to what you have. The deli tray in the fridge is great and when you open the doors you can see everything. This was a great buy!!!

The Samsung fridge looks great and the family loves our new fridge. We went from a side to side fridge to this French door fridge, and it takes some getting used to, but overall we are happy. A few draw backs are that the ice comes out a bit slowly and full ice cubes sometimes come out more like crushed ice. Also the large deli drawer is nice but can take some getting used to because you have to open both French doors to open than drawer. Overalll these criticisms are minor and we are very happy.

Plenty of space and has useful drawers for security your food items. Best Frig I have owned in a long time. Water filter really last unlike some that seem to need replacing every other month.

Finding things in the freezer is so much easier than in my old side by side. The interior of both the fridge and freezer are well lit, and I seem to have far more room than in my old fridge.

I picked the Samsung for its reliability and French Door for its ease of use. Love the wide door excess. Love the large freezer space. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star is the ice maker. It was only thing that gave me problems BUT it did give me a problem after three years. I would like to add that both of my brothers and sister had problems with their ice makers and they had A GE, Whirlpool, and Frigidaire. Fixed free, Geek squad is cool.

This refrigerator offers lots of space and the ability to reconfigure the shelves for large or small containers or platters. The bottom freezer holds a large turkey as well as other large packages of food. i really like the water, ice and crushed ice feature.

BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT purchase this product or any other Samsung product that is marketed as "Black Stainless". In the summer of 2019, I purchased a Frig, Dishwasher, Microwave and Stove/Oven from Best Buy. They were marketed as "Black Stainless" and they looked great. Now, in early 2023, I discovered that the black stainless is simply a dark film covering the stainless underneath and it's peeling! Looks horrible! I went to my Best Buy in Orange Park, FL and talked with the store manager, Jay. He sympathized with me but refused to do anything citing company policy. Samsung is saying the same and now there are multiple class action lawsuits in place. Basically, this is DECEPTIVE marketing that resulted in a defective product. DON'T BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT MARKETED AS "BLACK STAINLESS". YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DO!

I would highly recommend this fridge. It has lots of storage space. The bottom freezer also has great storage space. It keeps my food nice and cold and does not freeze my food like my last fridge did.

Overall, happy with the fridge. However, during holidays when a lot of cooking is required, try not to open the refrigerator door too much bc it disturbs the ice making process. Could be a pain.

This the first time I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator. I haven’t had it for very long but so for everything is good. It’s an awesome product and I recommend this product to anyone.

At first I wasn't sure that I was going to like my new refrigerator. It did not seem to be able to fit the items that I usually buy. Once I rearranged the shelves to fit my needs, it became very roomy. I especially love the freezer section.

We love this color! I love the design, however storage in fridge area is tough. Have too many large items and you easily run out of space.
