So far so good. I've only had this refrigerator for about month now. I had an older version of a Samsung refrigerator and it had more space for milk, juice, etc. on the left hand door, but now you can only put small containers. I wish they didn't change that feature, but overall everything has been good.

I love my new fridge! Lots of room, easy to access everything. Love all of flat open space in the freezer

First time I have owned a French Door Refrigerator. Really like having the freezer on the bottom. Ample room in refrigerator and freezer sections.

I love the look of this fridge and it is easy to move to clean around because of the wheels. The ice machine works great and fridge cools very well. My only issue with the fridge is that there isnt a ton of room to put tall items unless you take out a shelf and because of the size of the ice maker you lose a lot of shelf space on the door.

Good value for price. A lot of room on inside & freezer conveniently located. Ice maker great. Would recommend to anyone interested in a good refrigerator.

Things I like about this refrigerator: Extra Compartment that can be set for several temperatures for assorted items. I keep drinks in mine. Extra shelf in Freezer to put items that are used frequently. Ice and water on the outside of the door. I can open one side or the other to get things out of the refrigerator. Two slight irritants: I am short and I can't reach to the back of the top of the top shelf. And there is no butter section. One section really is too small to hold anything. Otherwise I really like my new refrigerator.

This fridge has plenty of space and it looks great. Its very well lit and features a fully customizable storage area.

We've had this refrigerator/freezer for about 5 weeks now and it has been a night and day improvement over its' predecessor. The ice maker in conjunction with the in-door dispenser has really improved kitchen life. My wife says that her coffee tastes better with the filtered water. Plenty of well lit storage - drawers & shelves. Everything is adjustable too. Took some getting used to having the freezer on the bottom, but now we all feel that it's a big improvement. Samsung does it again. Top of the line appliance at the right price.

Works well. Installers-poor job. No 2nd ice maker.

Had an LG french door for three (3) years, ice-cube problems then compressor went bust and ran into service shops not accepting LG repairs anymore so we switched to Samsung. So far quiet operation and it is keeping the temperature well. Got burned with the LG so I am hesitant to give this one a five star until it makes it for at least 4-years with no problems.

I love the look, and love the water dispenser features however space is limited in the fridge, and you do kinda need a spare fridge to put other items. Maybe just my family but still. For the money i would have liked to have a little more space. I really appreciate the door open alarm feature however.

We've had this for almost a year and I actually LOVE it! Though.... just me... I wish it told me the fridge and freezer temps all the time... yes, I can just push a button to find out what I have them set at... but after putting the groceries away I'd just like to know "actual". That's it! Otherwise no problems! Just me being pickey! :)

Looks great. Only issue I have is the noise that this fridge makes when the compressor (?) comes on. Slight hum and vibration sound. Not overly loud but you can hear it. Moved up from a 12 yr old Whirlpool side by side which worked great. Wanted to make the change to stainless. Being that my old fridge made no noise, hard to believe that the more modern fridge has to.

Fridge is great for the price point it has 2 evaporators so it keeps temp very well. I really liked the power cool and freeze options as it cools everything a lot faster. The reason for 4 stars was because the first fridge had a defective seal and was letting moisture in the freezer. But Best Buy was very good about doing an exchange for a new one

My Samsung 24.6 cu. Ft French Door Fingerprint Resistant Refrigerator- Black stainless steel on September 2, 2019. I have had no problems until February 9, 2020, @ 10:30 p.m. water was running all over my kitchen, utility room, and carport until my husband cut the water supply off. I call Samsung three times for them to tell me that Best Buy has me purchasing the fridge in 2018 and asked did I have my receipt. I told them no and said that it was out of warrant, therefore; I explained to them that I purchased the fridge with my Best Buy credit card. Know I have a claimed number for someone to come out and check the fridge and floor.

So far the refrigerator is running good. I received it with miss matched front handles, different shades and colors of stainless steel. The left one has a wobble to it. IT SEEMS TO BE A REPLACEMENT . It is easy to see what is in it and a pleasure to use on a day to day basis.It was almost impossible getting a delivery date from theBest Buy Staff.
