Bought this fridge in a hurry as our last one killed itself. ordered on friday, showed on monday. Make sure you follow the instruction manual by running at least a gallon of water through the despenser and throw out the first batch of ice.... I did the first two just to be safe.

Love my new refrigerator. It spacious and has a great deli drawer too. Plenty of room for all our items.

This is a good looking fridge that is quiet and easy to use. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Works as advertised. My only real complaint is how thin the panels of the door seem to be. Fairly easy to dent. Also, this being french door refrigerator it is somewhat annoying you cannot be getting ice from one door and have the other door open to get something from the inside.

Since beginning we notice ice maker keep freezing up. we constantly have to empty ice out every 3 weeks. I purchased extended warranty but never used it. 3 years after we have it we notice the fridge is not cool enough. Lot of water dripping due to ice build up in the back. I have to unplug the fridge for a couple of days to defrost everything. It worked before now the fridge is not working. This is the only model that we are having trouble with. I'm a loyal Samsung customer. Might have to switch to LG or other brand in future.

This was a great purchase and we didn't break the bank in the process. We love it

A really gorgeous refrigerator. Lots of room inside with adjustable shelves. Only drawback ... no butter tray.

This is an impressive refrigerator! Ample interior room. The exterior control panel with water/ice controls is simple yet sufficient for ease of functioning. I am now drinking more water because of the great taste. The shelving and bins are of sturdy construction and the interior lighting is well distributed. Also, it is very quiet. This may sound weird, but Samsung design of this refrigerator adds "elegance" to my life. Thanks Samsung and thanks Best Buy!

I was so excited to get this product, finally upgrading to stainless steel. I did my homework and read reviews on this product. I am having trouble with ice maker in door (sometimes ice does not come out and I have to open ice door and grab ice). I recieved refrigerator without screws for the freezer door and cannot seem to get Best Buy to send them from manufacturer (visited store 2x and still no screws). inside shelves on door are fitted to accomodate the ice maker which I did not take into account-so not a lot of room for storing on door.

We wanted something more up to date than our previous side-to-side which performed well but something a little larger in storage capacity. The new Samsung does have more room but a little disappointed with its ability to handle as many tall containers( 2 liter sodas, milk,juice,wine). The freezer compartment holds a good amount and the freezer items are more readily available and visible.

Bought this with the geek squad warranty. Worked flawless until warranty expired. Now I am ready to throw it out. Ice maker freezes up, fridge portion sounds like it is jack hammering. Replaced defroster, defrost sensor, control board, added service kits. This unit now has a class action lawsuit it’s so prevalent. Never again with Samsung appliances.

I love the French Door design. It is easy to find things with the extra room. The lighting is ample and I like how the door shelves hold a variety of items of different sizes. I thought the chest freezer would hold more than my old side-by-side, but the volume seems very similar.
