I wasn't sure about going with one of the usual building supply stores for a frig, microwave, dishwasher and stove. I was hoping for some better customer service and to not be just a number. That did NOT happen. The delivery got delayed. Fine, I was expecting something to happen. Then, they set up the delivery day. I made sure I was going to be there for the delivery. They changed it the night before. She made it sound like it was no big deal and it happens to everyone. It took a lot to get to this point and I was not happy. The delivery finally comes and the microwave was crushed on top, the refrigerator has a ding in the door, the stove has a ding. The dishwasher was the only item that was ok. We could no longer live without appliances. I bent the top of the microwave back up, and we live with the dings. The frig is whiney sounding and loud at times. The right door has a loud squeak every time it opens. The left door needs to be closed first so the door flap doesn't slam the right door. The door flap should automatically straighten out and go back in to place no matter which door closes first. I called and spoke to someone who was not in the mood for me and said she would send a gift card for all out problems. Never got it. I have completed three more kitchens since then, and always went elsewhere. I expected so much more. Very disappointed.

I am happy with the new Samsung refrigerator. It is functional and stylish. The delivery and set up was great. The lighting inside is nice and bright. The functions are easy to read and easy to use. I appreciate the door alarm when the door doesn't get all the way closed.

Bought this thinking this is my dream fridge (I know, weird but. . . .). It's ok but NOT the great fridge I had hoped for. It IS a good fridge. Does the trick. Love the French doors and bottom freezer.

biggest reason for purchase was the deep freeze option. Love this Fridge. My woman loves it and it's very easy to use. Love the LED light system, you can see every inch of the fridge and freezer from the lighting. Ice maker works fast! Best deal for the buck when your looking for French door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser

Needed a new refrigerator for our new house, had a side by side before. These new French doors are very nice, no more bending over looking at the bottom shelves. The bottom freezer is the trade off and we find it more than acceptable. The only feature we don't like is that the cool-select pantry drawer requires opening both doors.

Had this fridge 1 month. Gets a little finger printed and scratched, but they buff out generally. Takes some effort to get the ice/water to switch settings. Love the French Doors and large bottom freezer

Nice features overall and keeps things cool of course. The water/ice dispenser in the front doesn't function very smoothly and ice takes forever.

Samsung sometimes get a bad wrap because they say it has more things that can go wrong with them, I don’t find that to be the case, the build is significantly better quality for a comparable price. Better value in my opinion, I rather pay a bit more for a better product.

Twin cooling is great and must have as it keeps the fridge and freezer evenly climate controlled. My only negative are the shelves. Limited flexibility with height adjustments.

I am so happy with my new refrigerator! When I received it, there was a big "crease" on the stainless steel on the freezer door. But Best Buy stood behind their product and exchanged it out for me. I do wish the sides of it were black instead of the "gray" color.

There could be more shelf room, sometimes it is very crowded in the fridge, we love the freezer part and water feature! Overall a great buy and would highly recommended this product!!!
