Went from a side-by-side to this French door refrigerator! This one is so much more spacious and bright! It makes up to 7 lbs of ice a day! Great buy for a busy family of teenagers!

this is a very nice refrigerator.... had an issue at time of delivery. All other appliances were boxed, this refrigerator was NOT. It was bubble wrapped with a note stating quality control opened to inspect. I was concerned was a floor model, was assured it was NOT. The freezer handle only had screw so handle could NOT be put on. I was told easy fix just call store and have sent and installer would come back and put on. IT WAS A HUGE PROBLEM!!! took 3 weeks to get the screw and I had to go and pick up.... 45 minute drive each way.... this was not a Samsung issue it was a Best Buy issue.

Roomy refrigerator with several chill zones. A gallon milk jug will fit in the door shelves. Has a great ice maker which dispenses cubed or crushed ice. My only complaint is the water dispenser should have a larger nozzle to dispense water faster. Freezer is a good size

Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. Plenty of room, maintains accurate temperature in refrigerator and freezer. Drawers could be a little bit better quality, but overall good product at a reasonable price.

Ice maker is very difficult to use. refers to switching between ice and cold water. Otherwise it is a very good refrigerator.

Ice doesn't seem to be made quickly. There is a delay in dispensing the ice. It is tough to refill a water bottle as you can't see the spout. Looks nice.

This is a great refrigerator! It is extremely quiet running! It is able to keep up the the ice demands of our household! I love the ability to see what all I have in the freezer! This is a great value for the money and I will definitely purchase other appliances by Samsung.

Looks great, tons of space and easily moved shelves. Wish the top freezer drawer pulled out automatically when opening the main freezer drawer. Love the digital temperature display.

We love this refrigerator. On the outside it looks beautiful and resists finger prints. On the inside is have loads of flexible space for anything and everything. It made the holidays easy with plenty of space for all the party platters and bottles of wine.

This refrigerator is everything my husband and I were looking for. It's big enough, but not too bulky. We love the features on the fridge door for ice making as well as temp control. It's very spacious and completes our stainless kitchen look beautifully!

So the four stars go to the fridge -- looks great, keeps everything very cold. But there isn't a lot of room for taller things. Maybe u can adjust he shelves and I just haven't figured it out yet. I did have the geek squad deliver this and they were awful! Their normal practice is to take the doors off the fridge to get it the house and it took over an hour of them banging away before they were back and level. After they left I realized that they had kinked the water line and it was dripping water. My boyfriend fixed it in about 10 minutes but I wouldn't want that crew ever again!

There are numerous issue with the Samsung refrigerator that was purchased in May of 2015. The ice maker would constantly have frost on the underside of the ice maker, Ice will freeze into the side of the maker requiring a complete defrost to get it loose, the ice bucket would freeze into the maker itself, and it has stopped working after a year, the back wall of the main refrigerator continously freezes up and has ice and frost coming out from the ventilation holes, there is water and ice under the crisper that leads to water on the floor, the temperature in the main area is warmer by 10 degrees than the main display shows, and the top flip-down shelf has broken, the folding partition between the french doors has broker, and does not latch back when the door is open. We are seeking a full refund of the purchase price including tax for the faulty and defective item listed

Love our new spacious fridge. Has well thought out space and great options; my favorites are the space saving shelves that slide away, the deli or "lunch/deli drawer" as I like to call it, and the water and ice in the door...Completely happy with our purchase. Love Samsung appliances!

I went shopping for all new appliances and hadn't even considered Samsung. After talking with the sales rep, Brian K., we knew we wanted a Samsung. It is quiet when running and has plenty of room for all our needs. The best part is you can put a frozen pizza in the freezer which you can't do in a side by side. The water and ice despenser work great. Since it is so quiet the only thing you hear is the ice falling into the ice bin. This is weird to us since our last fridge was noisy and you didn't hear the ice drop into the bin. I would recommend this to a friend if they needed a fridge.

Sometimes it makes loud noises when it's cooling, but it doesn't last for a long time.

Got this a couple months ago and love it! Lots of room in the top and plenty of room in the bottom freezer. We buy in bulk and don’t have to use our garage freezer cause this holds it all, nice and cold, always plenty of ice, and does the job right for us!!

Love it! There is plenty of room in the fridge & freezer and it feels very modern and sleek. I love the interior lighting! And more important than anything, it sings to me when my pregnant brain forgets to close it.

I purchased this because of the quality that Samsung us known for and I needed to replace an old Kenmore refrigerator which barely made it 9 years. Too many repairs for the ice dispenser really cooled me to fixing it one more time. We purchased this Samsung and have had it for a month now and am pleased with it. The spacious interior lets us find what ever we are looking for and we have room to spare. This ice dispenser works fine and I think the filtered water tastes better than that of the old refrigerator. I read some reviews where people complained of the water dispenser dripping but we haven't had that problem. This is a very solid unit and the refrigerator is very quiet when it is running. I am pleased with it and am glad I purchased it. The delivery men from Best Buy were courteous and knowledgeable about the installation of the equipment. Best Buy has done themselves proud.

Like the looks of the refrigerator. When trying to put ice in a water bottle, little pieces fly around, don't like that.
