I love my new refrigerator! The storage areas are smart so that you can see everything when you open the door. The shelves adjust conveniently too. I am very happy with my purchase!

Good amount of storage space Ice maker works but a little slow

Overall, I like this refrigerator, but I have a couple problems. One is that it is harder to keep clean than my old stainless refrigerator. The ice/water dispenser does not have a tray to catch drips so it leaves water marks every time someone gets a drink. The shelves in the door are small and awkward because of where the ice dispenser is. And lastly, there are no bins included in the freezer drawer which makes it difficult to keep organized. On the plus side, the refrigerator has smart, adjustable shelving that makes it easy to fit tall things without wasting a lot of space. The drawers are well designed and useful. I would recommend this with reservations.

The fridge works grear and runs great. We had ro replace our 12 year fridge because of busted internal water line. This machine has a great ice maker and water dispenser. The adjustable shelves work great too. The only issue is that it is wider than advertised. Had to do a bit of cabinet trimming and remove all trim. Delivery and install guys were great.

I love this refrigerator/ freezer. It is super spacious and items are easy to see. The shelves adjust to various configurations to accommodate large or tall containers.

perfect! its roomy, sleek, great lighting, freezer on bottom is more spacious than you think. I like that you can alter the shelves easily. upscale fridge for a great price!

The lighting and space in the fridge and frezzer are great. The flip up shelf and slide in shelf are are really handy for taller items. The sliding drawer in the freezer is also larger than many others. The ice maker has been giving me problems with the slide that kicks over to crush the ice staying down. Ended up ripping it out because I don't foresee needing crushed ice. The molded catch under dispenser is nice for cleaning.

Still getting used to french style doors instead of old side-by-side. So different to open left door for fridge access, but so convenient and really able to store a lot of food in fridge section. Haven't even filled up all the in-door shelves, either. Has a strange sound pitch which I find a little annoying at times, but I'm getting used to it. No-one else in family notices it.

We love our new fridge. It was a night mare getting it to us due to some pretty major mess ups on the part of Best Buy but now that we have it we love it

My fridge died and I purchased this Samsung. I could not be happier....lots of room, looks great and even the delivery was on time and very friendly. The only two negative things I can say is that the ice maker is a little loud but nothing we have not gotten used to. Also the water dispenser has a tendency to drip after use. Only a couple of drops... again nothing crazy but it leaves a water stain when it dries.

Great looking fridge that functions well, is spacious and keeps all food at the proper temperature. Bought this during the Pre-Black Friday deals for $1,500. Great value at that price.

I've been searching for a refrigerator to fit the specific space in my kitchen - which is rather small. The Samsung was the only model with style and "personality" and fits very well with the existing appliances. I selected the french door model which has adjustable shelves for the tall beverage containers and it's easy to readjust the shelves. The doors are very sturdy but easy to open and close.

I like the fridge a lot and it’s really nice having the ice dispenser and water in the front door. Lots of space and really like the change from the side by side that I have had for the past 15 years. The only grip is that it does make some noise and it’s hard to tell if it is an issue. So far no issues, just some noises.

We had purchased a similar Samsung french door refrigerator previously and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it was sold with our previous house. I took the opportunity, however, to purchase this model because it had water and ice on the outside (as opposed to water inside the door on my previous model). The refrigerator, as a whole, works fantastic and we had no problems for the first 3 years. This year, however, the ice-maker has been leaking/dripping to the point where it either leaves a puddle on the floor or fills up the large bottom drawer (in the fridge, not the freezer) with water. I've found several references of this problem with the Samsung ice-maker, but no solid solution except to pay almost $500 to fix it. I believe that if you pay over 2 grand for an appliance, it should function perfectly for 3 decades, not 3 years. Other than the ice-maker issue, this fridge has performed flawlessly.

Good price for a refrigerator with bottom freezer.Lots of space.

This is my first french door fridge and I checked out several before buying this one. It had the most cubit feet compared to other brands at the same price point. The ice bin is small, but it works for my needs. The unit is so quiet I never hear it but the ice maker is loud, the cubes sound like cannon balls dropping into the bin. They did a great job with the shelves that fold up or slide back to 1/2 length, just love it.
