Was a little bit nervous about buying a Samsung based on that I haven't purchased there products in the past. This fridge though has not disappointed me in the least. It is very well laid out and lit, and the design of the 3 drawer system is excellent. About the only change I would make is that I wish the shelves on the doors could be adjusted or perhaps swapped out for different sizes or styles.

Economical- for the price. Although a bit noisy, you get used to it.

We purchased in Dec 2018 and so far it has been great! 7 months and at 6 we replaced the water filter as prompted on our digital display! Thankful for my Norwex stainless steel rag because you do need to wipe daily to keep it shiny! Make sure you measure your doorways from door to frame, not frame to frame- delivery guys were great and patient after we had to remove 3 doors from hinges to get it in the kitchen! We definitely “Adulted” with this big purchase but no regrets even with the noisy ice maker!

I bought this refrigerator for my mom and she absolutely loves it. It's spacious and she loves Samsung's new color. She says it makes the kitchen look more elegant.

Lots of space it's a little loud as far as you can hear the ice dropping and when the fan kicks in but maybe that's from having an awesome fridge in a new house

Inside and out this refrigerator is very ray on the eyes. The fridge part is spacious and well designed. Would like to see more space in the doors, but that's what you get when it has a water and ice distribution on the outside. Freezer area has plenty of room for a family of four and is cold enough.

Great fridge, it’s spacious on the inside, and it leaves no smudges or fingerprints on the outside so it stays looking clean.

Only had it installed for about a month now, but it's performing great so far. Only thing to know is that it doesn't come with a water line. Make sure to purchase it beforehand. Ice machine is also a little noisy and water drips from spout every once and a while. But overall very happy with my purchase so far.

I have never gone wrong with a Samsumg product. Spacious. Ice maker is smaller than my last fridge, but that's the price for getting more space inside the fridge.

Only had this fridge for 2 months but we really like it. It does make some odd noises sometimes ( ice maker ) but now we are used to it.

This is a good looking fridge, inside & out! The shelves are well placed and spacious. The door shelving makes the most of all the space available, even around the ice maker side, where I was worried about losing space. The in-door dispenser is the perfect size to fit our water bottles and has a good stream of water. I really like the soft-touch buttons! Overall, this is more than I was expecting in this price range. And it is Energy Star certified, unlike its competitor in this style/price (I didn't realize I'd have to check that in this day & age!).

We decided to go with the black stainless finish because it was advertised as smudge resistant and we loved the new color. We also liked having the freezer on the bottom and have always been happy with Samsung appliances (and we have bought quite a few of them over the past few years). The fact that we can use the fourth compartment as a freezer or fridge is a nice feature too. Reasons for only 3 stars: Reason #1 - The handles have shiny silver strips that show every fingerprint and smudge right where you touch it the most. Reason #2 - We purchased counter depth so that it would look more like a built-in and not stick out as far. However, the doors couldn't be opened unless we pulled it out far enough from the sidewall and cabinets on the other side to open the doors as they extend an additional 3.25" on each side when open. So be aware that in order to open the doors you need to add 6.5" to the width when doing the layout for your kitchen or pull the fridge out 7" beyond the cabinets/walls so that you will be able to open the doors without hitting anything. So how can it be considered counter depth? We kept the fridge as my husband had already discarded the box and didn't want to go through the process of trying to return and exchange it. I wish we would have just gotten the standard depth at the much lower price as it would have stuck out just as far and given us the extra storage space inside. We were only going by the overall dimensions for the space when planning our new kitchen remodel & switched to the counter depth model over the phone prior to delivery. Reason #3 - Apparently it is taller than most standard refrigerators (according to the designer at "Cabinets To Go") and our new over the fridge cabinet hit the hinges on the fridge. We had given the exact dimensions including height to "Cabinets To Go" and they still assumed it was what they considered standard height. There was no returning or exchanging the cabinet as we had signed off on the pickup slip. My husband was able to modify the cabinet to fit and you can't tell that he had to cut the cabinet. So, it was just annoying, took more time and expense. So be aware of this if you are trying to get it to fit into an existing space or are ordering new cabinets. FYI ... "Cabinets To Go" had the worst customer service EVER!!! We thought we were saving money on the cabinets and that was a huge mistake. Best Buy has always been great to work with which is why I gave it at least 3 stars, so no complaints there other than it would have been nice to know about the doors taking so much room to open that it can't be flush with the counters.

We love the color and space this refrigerator has. The water filter and ice maker are great. Wouldn't change anything about this Refrigerator.

Had this fridge for a few months so far and no complaints about the product itself. Got the black stainless version and just love it. If anyone tells you it shows less fingerprints it's not entirely true. With the right light and angle you can see them. Unlike most stainless steel refrigerators magnets work on this one which makes me wonder if it's really stainless under the finish. I did notice that one of the ways the ice maker can make so much ice, like they claim, is the smaller size each cube is which requires less time to freeze. Only issue I've had is not with the product but the installation. One of the door handles wasn't fitting properly so it required them to use great force to install it. Ended up causing a very small dent and scratches right next to the handle. Not noticeable unless you look at it and was compensated for the issue. If you have issues with install like this I suggest taking your own pictures of it even though they do. Could help speed up the process.

I have had my eye on this fridge for quite some time. We compared different brands and prices before we made our final decision on this particular Samsung. I love the many side shelvings on each door, along with the way you can adjust the inside shelves with flipping them up. The pricing of Best Buys was most competitive which made our decision very easy and delivery and set up was perfect.

Great for what I need it for quiet and nice amount of space

Lots of space and very versatile. Had it nearly a year and no problems. Lots of pockets and shelves and drawers and great lighting. Bottom freezer double drawers work great. A drawer that holds a good capacity with an equally sized top drawer makes for a great rotation system. I really love the easy access exterior ice and water has a nice size for large or y’all cups and an auto on LED light for great visit ability. Best fridge I’ve ever had.

The refrigerator has alot of space for storage. The price is great for the type of refrigerator it is.
