Great fridge for the price. Really quiet with lots of space in the inside. Some of the shelves adjust to fit your needs. Overall no complaints and no issues.

I got a great deal on this refrigerator. It came with a dent in the back and I had a hard time to get the right one, but it finally worked out in the end. It is quiet and energy-efficient and also has PG & E rebate. I like the full-width glide n' serve drawer which can be changed in 3 different temperatures and divided-section design on the freezer (it helps me to organize).

love this refrigerator! however there is one small flaw....sometimes it makes a whistling sound when you close the doors. I had the technicians come check it out but it wouldn't make the sound while they were here. it happened a lot at first but it hasn't happened at all in the last week

I love my new fridge! It is perfect for storing tall or wide items. All the drawers and shelves make organizing your food so simple. The freezer is amazing as well. No more trying to stuff frozen food into a narrow space. The water and ice dispenser comes in handy. I no longer buy bottled water. The filtered water tastes great and is kept at a constant cool temp. Ice comes crushed or cubed. Best Buy set everything up for us for free and thanks to the delivery men who were very professional. They came in, set up and left without a trace.

All in all it was a great deal. I saved over 800.00 on this model. We finally have the storage we needed, with great space-saving features. The separate freezer compartments really allow us to organize our food for future use. Also, the employee's helping me were awesome. Thank-you to Princess in appliances for helping me to get the missing freezer bucket. A very helpful and knowledgeable associate

This is a great fridge for the price, it was purchased for an office location for break rooms. Lots of room for food and well organized.

This fridge looks amazing and the freezer seems like it has a lot of space. We really like this fridge.

Fridge itself is awesome. pull out freezer is easy and drawers to separate the meats and ice cream. Water is fast and one touch makes the settings easy to change out. Only knock is the noise. Makes a lot of noise and sometimes louder when the ice maker kicks in. Overall a solid fridge

The freezer is huge. Love it. I was surprised how small the frig feels. It is pretty well packed. The filtered water is great coming out of the door, but the ice can get a little silly going everywhere. There is no catch tray for drops and the like for the door feature. Overall, I love my new frig.

The Samsung RF263BEAESR is a very good refrigerator combining great appearance, spacious interior, and multiple features. The interior is spacious and very well lit and has adjustable shelves for complicated storage. The freezer is large and has two big drawers. The digital panel is easy to use and works well. It is a bit noisier than we expected, but it really is not that noticeable. With the sale price, we feel we got the best possible deal for the best refrigerator.

I have owned this fridge for a few months now and I would recommend this fridge to anyone. I am not a huge fan of the shelf arrangement from the factory, but the shelves can easily be rearranged. Ice dispenser is a little slower than I would like but not terrible by any means. Overall a good product with nice storage options and it looks great in the kitchen too.

I'm mostly satisfied with the refrigerator except for two flaws. When you try to get whole cubes you get some crushed crystals every time even if you have not used crushed ice and the tray below the water and icedoes not hold any water so I have to leave a paper towel there at all times. The capacity is great love the freezer drawers.

It's a good fridge. Lots of space and looks nice. I gave it 4 stars only because it came with little bits of plastic protective wrapping all over it that I will now need to call Samsung to have a tech come as I don't want to take a razor blade to my 1 month old fridge.

lots of room for food, looks great. only thing is that the ice maker broke with in the first 4 months. so if you get this refrigerator highly recommended to get the warranty. I heard this issue is happening very often for this type of refrigerator.

I have only had this refrigerator for 3 weeks, but so far, it has performed well. I had a lot of people over for a New Years party and we never had a problem with enough ice for everyone. The adjustable shelves made it easy to store drinks and food. I like the handle on the bottom freezer, It pulls upward so the drawer glides out pretty easily. So far, so good!

We used to have a side-by-side model and had a hard time fitting larger items or trays in it. It seemed like stuff would just get packed in it or slid in the back, hard to see. The freezer was limited, too. With our new French door refrigerator of basically the same cubic footage as our old one, everything in the frig is easy to see and easy to access. The freezer drawer is easy and accessible, too. It seems to hold more than the old freezer. We love our so much we recommended it to my mom and stepdad, and they have also purchased basically the same model.
