Bought this fridge in stainless black and its gorgeous. Love the style and color and whats great is. The price is very reasonable.

Looks great and cleans up well. Holds a lot and shelves can move to accommodate taller items.

The Samsung refrigerator is attractive on the outside. Having moved from a side-by-side to a French door, I believe if I could do it over, I would opt for the side-by-side. Having to open both doors to remove some things is a waste of energy. There should be a butter keeper in the door as well as a much more efficient way to store a gallon of milk.

This refrigerator not only looks good, but is extremely functional as well. We has an old side by side that was of comparable size, but we were able to fit much more in this unit and still be able to get to the food that we put in. In our old one, food got buried in the back, never to bee seen until we ended up throwing it away. That won't be a problem now!

So far this machine has been great. There's plenty of space for food for a family of 5. The only downside is the ice maker is a little noisy.

I don't like it. I got this in 2019, It really take to long to get a cup of ice. 2 to 3 mins is too long. I don't like the steps that a person has to go through to clean under the glass. I fell I should be able to left the glass up with my hand without having to take out the whole glass shelf to pull some tabs out then take the glass out to clean. I can't see the buttons in the dark without having to turn the kitchen light on to get water or ice. I wish I could get water or ice while the door is open. I wish it had a door light to help to light the kitchen. Just feels clunky and not enough space inside the refrigerator area.

bought an open box for my new house, it proved to be a steal deal, working great, ample space, water and ice dispensor is a plus

Overall, good fridge. Read lots of reviews and most had negative reviews in regards to the ice maker. This one isn't too terrible but is far from great. Doesn't show fingerprints as easily as some other stainless steel fridges we saw. Love the shelving design and the size of the water dispenser - large enough for bottles water. Has a deli compartment as well as two separate crisper drawers for fresh foods. Has a "quick-freeze" option for cooking drinks fast. Favorite feature is the ease of difficulty in changing the water filter. Super easy!

My family likes the new fridge, but, I love it! It has enough room for everything! Best of all is the fact that we can open the doors and see everything right in front of us. The doors hold gallons of milk and all condiments. The crispers are awesome and we see our fruit and veggies through the clear drawers. The freezer is great and easily organized. Of course, with teens, the water and ice dispenser is always in use. Great buy!

Very happy with this frig. We were looking for a spacious frig with bottom freezer and this is perfect. Really like the large pull-our deli drawer as I can get lots of little things like cheese, lunch meet, butter, etc in it that tends to get lost in the frig. The top drawer of the freezer slides back easily to allow access to the stuff in the bottom drawer. Well lit. Also love the lift-up shelf to allows storage of large bottles, when needed. The stainless was on sale but I don't really like that finish as well as white as it scratches VERY easily.

It has lots of room for what I need it to do. And I just love the fingerprint resistant finish

I enjoy the sleek design of the exterior and the smart setup of the interrior, in terms of the draws and adjustable shlevs. The bluish white lights inside comes off looking clean and cool. I also like the dispenser options to receive water, ice or crushed ice.

I guess I got one of the lemons. There are so many good reviews that it blows my mind how bad mine is. I have had it for ~8 years and I have to "defrost" it every few months. The panel in the back freezes up (fan and evaporator coil) and I literally have to take everything out and thaw it out and remove the back panel (on the inside) I am getting ready to buy a new fridge because I am tired of dealing with it. If you google (samsung freezing up refrigerator) you will see that there are numerous videos to try to fix this. I have tried everything!!! The ice maker lasted 2 years then started freezing up and then just stopped working. Has not worked for at least 5 years. Customer service was useless in-fact ticked me off while talking with them several times. I am an engineer with 70+ patents and many consumer product designs. I think I know what I am talking about to CS but they made be feel like I was stupid (LOL). I have a Samsung phone and range and microwave so I think a pretty loyal customer. Would never buy a fridge from them again...EVER!

I love my new refrigerator. Its is very spacious and very bright, which is very important to me. It does get dirty with fingerprints fast but that's to be expected with stainless steel. They did a good job in the set up, my only complaints is that they were supposed to be at my house by the latest at 4 pm and they didn't arrive until 8 pm. I also did not receive a phone call and when i called the Best Buy store they didn't know what was going on. But other than that great product.

I was determined to buy a LG, because I wanted the dual ice makers and on the door there was a tab to push for the water and a tab for the ice, so you didn't have to push buttons to exchanged between them. I went to Best Buy in Ontario, Ohio where the sales lady went over all the features with me on all the manufacturers and I'm so glad she did. She knew her products and was patient. I decided on the Samsung for several reasons like, when you pull the middle drawer out, it can go under the doors, where on most the doors had to be totally open all the way to get drawer opened. The biggest reason too is in the freezer, when you open the freezer door the top shelve comes out first on top and you do not have to reach inside to pull the top drawer out, when all others you had too. The ice maker is bigger in the Samsung then most and that does help, since there wasn't 2. The ice makers now are alot smaller then on older models. It is built very nice, inside not flimsy. I also like the 2 gallon size holders on the door, I needed that space. I got the black stainless steel and really like it, was worried about finger prints, but that is not a problem. Some say the ice maker is loud, yes it is when only it is dropping ice into the holder. If you purchase one. I highly recommend doing what they suggest, like running a gallon of water thru the water dispenser at first, I ran at least that much to get all the air out of the lines, then it never dripped after that, and throw away the first couple days of ice. It took 2 days before the ice maker was fully full, but works great. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to any one.

Plenty of room to put anything you want. Could not believe all the separate compartments. Love the color love the size.

I am happy so far. The frige has an alarm that alerts you when the door is left open. It works sometimes but not always. I love how the shelves are adjustable. Plenty of space in the freezer. The lighting inside the fridge is soothing. The stainless steel exterior looks pretty but is a downright pain to keep clean.

This refrigerator looks great in our kitchen as it compliments our other appliances. There is a defect with the left door handle which irritates us. Samsung needs to do a better job of resolving such issues prior to putting the product on the markket.
