The space in the fridge and freezer is great. The shelves on the door hold a lot. A cookie tray will easily fit on a shelf inside. The ice maker and water dispenser work great. The stainless steel is impossible to clean no matter what I use on it to get it clean.

Hookup and temperature setup is easy. Energy bill has gone down. Shelf location is ideal for the produce I buy (and it keeps them noticeably fresher for longer). Only issue is the ice producer - the motor to screw ice out seems underpowered because it takes a long while to fill a glass with ice. Other than that, happy with my floor model (which I saved a ton for a small dent).

We bought this fridge to replace an 80's model in a home we were buying. Bestbuy was very helpful in our search and we are very happy with our purchase. What we liked was the fact that there were adjustable shelves and an external water/ice dispenser. The touch controls are very well made and we hope this will last us a long time.

I bought the Samsung fridge because so many friends and family have a similar model. All of them recommended the Samsung. The fridge fit nicely into the spot provided, has great storage and works well to keep stuff cold. However, it is the loudest fridge I've ever been around. When the compressor kicks on, I can hear it upstairs and everywhere downstairs. It goes through a series of loud wind-up/wind-down sounds, each sounding like it is dying a slow death. Almost every time I open the door this happens.

I got the fridge because of the color. It's been awesome so far. I like the fact it's easy to turn the ice maker on/off. The only bad thing was I had to run the water for about 3 gallons. Otherwise it would drop water because of the new filter.

TONS OF ROOM FOR EVERYTHING. KEEPS FRUITS VEGGIES FRESHER LONGER. GREAT STORAGE IN THE FREEZER

The Samsung refrigator is really a great appliance and we are so happy that we deceided to make this purchase. We have received so many compliment from our friends and family about it. The bottom freezer space is absolutely amazing just when you think that it could not possibly hold another item with a little shifting it will fit. The folding shelves are great for wine, milk and any other tall bottles.

Refrigerator has lived up to all the 4 & 5 star reviews. No loud noise as reported in some reviews. Great separate storage areas for different foods. Nice to have trays that provide for storage of different size food items. Again, glad I didn't pay attention to low reviews. Great quality for the price. Convinced my daughter to by the bigger size.

I bought this refrigerator in Nov 2016. The delivery & installation was done by best buy. I have used this refrigerator little over a month now and I feel it was worth leaving a review to help anyone who is in doubt of making the purchase. The compartments are handy and spacious. The doors can accommodate gallon sized milk containers easily. The ice maker doesn't have a lot of storage for parties but it's good enough for daily use. The refrigerator is silent and you may hear the ice being dispensed into the ice container occasionally which I feel is normal for most of the refrigerators. Plenty of freezer space and there is also a humidity control pull out tray where you can store deli meat/veggies etc and control the humidity and temp accordingly. Haven't faced any issues with this product so far.

i have this in black and it looks great! I had been looking for a new fridge for awhile and samsung was at the top of my list.Its extremely roomy and has shelves that move or lift for storing larger items which I love.The pull out freezer drawer is great and so easy to get at stuff without digging! Its quiet and so far I have no cons,it is Very large but thanfully i measured before hand and have no cabinetry to one side of the fridge so I could accomodate this big beauty in my kitchen :)

Good size like options love color was told by delivery guy dents easy was not told when bought and told rep wanted don’t to be cause of kids has dent already hate ice maker take for ever to come out in to glass get tired buy use most time

Things I love: it's roomy, the glass shelves adjust relatively easily with one hand that made storing thanksgiving leftovers a snap, Love the three drawers, one for fruits, one for veggies, and an adjustable temp drawer for meat and cold cuts, I drink more water now because the filter makes the tap water tasty, the interior is well lit in both compartments. The freezer makes organization easy and holds a frozen pizza or two at the front. Things I would change that aren't deal breakers for me but may be important to others: the door bins around the ice dispenser are awkward so I've put rarely used condiments there. It would be nice to have a way to divide the pantry drawer evenly, instead of the 1/3:2/3 arrangement. The control panel "buttons" on the front are not backlit and there is no way to distinguish by feel, they are very sensitive and so it is too easy to hit the wrong button when I go into the kitchen for a drink at night. I don't want to disturb my dog by turning on all the lights. Overall assessment: I love my new fridge and recommend it highly.

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago. It is everything we were looking for. All of our food/beverages fit well in the space, and the ice and water on the outside are perfect. I had read some reviews about it making a loud sound. We can't hear it at all. The stainless steel looks so nice. It does collect fingerprints, but I used some wipes and it looks brand new again!

Love this fridge. The ice and water options are fantastic. There is a ton of room. The 3 separate drawers are great and all give ample storage space. The freezer is great too. I like being able to separate my meats from breads and especially keep the chicken away from everything. Really pleased with this purchase!

Got this at a great sale price but it went on sale for$100 less within 15 days of deliverary and Best Buy took care of the refund promptly.The black stainless is beautiful in person as it has a beautiful sheen that does not photograph well.If you need a stylish large refrigerator this is for you.We paid$1499

This refrigerator is good for the price, offers crushed as well as "cubed" ice, and is spacious. I like the fold-up shelf that will allow me to make room for a gallon jug or lower the shelf so that it can be flat if I need more room. I do think the shelves underneath the ice-maker are a bit shallow, but I can think of several things that can be put there if I were to refrigerate them. Overall, it was a great purchase, and affordable since I bought it because my old one stopped working. Sometimes, it is harder to pull the drawers out "evenly"; it seems one side may lag behind. Also, the bar in the freezer fell out and I just don't feel like getting it back in.

Bought the for my mother in law who is in love with it. Actually I bought the stove, vent hood and dishwasher for her as well. I have the exact same set in my house including the triple oven that matches. I love the fingerprint resistant and it saves me so much time trying to remove finger prints every day from my old set. Thanks Best Buy!
